Recently built Minimalist Design 4 bedroom house located approx 100 m from the Sea/Beach in Port D'es Torrent. The house sleeps up to 8 people in 2 double bedrooms and 2 twins, all with A/C. Master bedroom is en-suite with walk in wardrobes and direct access to sun terrace/pool. Large open plan living room/dinning room opens onto central glazed patio and onto main terrace/pool/garden via large patio doors. These open completely to integrate the interior/exterior areas to form a fantastic entertaining area. Living area has 2 large leather sofas, TV with all UK channels, BBC, ITV, SKY, DVD, Playstation and WiFi. Dinning area has large glass table seating 8. All A/C. Kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob, extractor, dishwasher. (Washing Machine and Tumble dryer in Garage) Rear terrace leads onto a decked pool area and to a large raised patio with sun loungers tables and large sun shade. Terrace furniture includes 2 dinning tables, seats for 8, large wood sofa + chairs, sun loungers.

Great stay with family & friends

We had a great stay in this lovely villa. The pool & outside area is much bigger than the pictures suggest. We had everything we needed for a fantastic stay. The local beach is just a 10 mins walk away. Where there are some lovely places to eat. We’d love to stay here again.

Excellent location

Excellent holiday, lovely location with everything you need close by. Quiet and perfect for families with traditional Spanish culture. The villa was great and suited all our needs and the hosts were very attentive. The only criticism is that the outside could do with a little make over eg.a fresh lick of paint and some new sun loungers as there’s were quite worn.

50th birthday family getaway

A beautiful villa with fantastic facilities and a wonderful pool and garden. Lovely and quiet with the beach, shop and restaurants within walking distance. Do recommend a car as the bigger supermarkets are quite a walk away. Host was more than accommodating and came to our rescue after our flight was delayed. Couldn’t recommend enough

We were seven adults and we all enjoyed the beautiful house. We were staying in much nicer than what it looks in the pictures.. Great walk to the beach literally five minute walk. Ibiza Holiday

We had a lovely stay in the villa at the end of June. Beautifully light and airy with a lovely pool and garden area with areas in both the sun and shade. Only 5 minutes walk from the fishermans huts with great swimming and snorkeling and only 15 minute walk to the lovely beach with a few good beach bars and restaurants right on the edge of the town. Paul, the host, was there to great us and was readily available and easy to contact if we needed anything. Good location for travelling around the island and into town. Only half an hours drive from the airport. Nice quiet location. A lovely villa to stay in.

A lovely holiday

We had a lovely week in Ibiza, where we have previously stayed in villas before. Villas with pools are so nice as you can relax, you don't need to be regimented by set meal times or high restaurant prices. The villa has all the fundamentals - location good, amenities good, layout good and a lovely pool and garden. Paul was a welcoming host. We were the first let of the season, and there were/are a fair number of teething issues that I understand will be resolved. With those fixed, and a little refresh, this is an excellent property.

Great place, nicely located

Everything went smoothly and Paul was very friendly and helpful. The villa is gorgeous. Our kids loved the pool. It was really nice to sit out on the decking in the evening. The location is quiet which suited us as a good base to explore. Lovely beach and bars a short walk away. Shops a little further on. A hire car is recommended. A lovely, comfortable stay. Only suggestion is maybe some extra blankets could have been available as our kids got a bit chilly at night, after having the air con on during the day. Thank you Paul. We had a lovely family holiday.

Amazing villa, great location.

We booked Paul's Villa in January and right from the start Paul was helpful, the Villa is beautiful, stylish, clean and loads of room. Lots of outside space for everyone, we came with 3 small kiddies who loved the pool. Lots of TV channels for the kids to watch as well, I have 2 older kids and they loved all the space there was. Paul as a host was great and very helpful and always at the end of the phone if need be. The Villa has everything you need, real home from home. We chose this location as we know the area well and love the beach at Port De Torrent, you are close to everything, you would defo need a car though for shopping and going into san antonio.Taxis do come and we used this a few times. Cala Bassa & Cala Tarida a short distance away. Would defo stay here again thank you Paul.

Looks can be deceiving.

Very few restaurants in area, supermarket too far away. Host wasn’t very friendly and there were rats in the garden. Host had cameras inside the villa so there was no privacy and you couldn’t relax, we found it very creepy especially as my granddaughter was with us. If you request a taxi it won’t turn up as it can’t find the villa and after 6pm no chance at all.

A Very Lovely House

A really nice place to stay, well furnished and very clean and tidy. Nice modern kitchen and bathrooms, just a very nice house! Good air conditioning and very comfortable throughout. Bedrooms are a good size, shutters on all the windows too to keep the sun out so you don't need to have the air con on all the time. The outdoor area is nice, plenty of seating and sunloungers, although it might be nice to have a parasol or two if you wanted a bit of shade on the loungers. BBQ is nice, and the kitchen has all the pots/pans/utensils you'll ever need for cooking. Good size dining table inside and out so you've got plenty of seating options too. TV all works well, has loads of channels and catch up so you can get basically anything you want, has all the sports channels etc. Paul was very nice and helpful too and always available when required. The street the house is on seems nice, was mostly a very quiet area while we were there. It is a bit remote, though, you would struggle to get very far without a car really, it would be a very long walk to get to into the middle of San Antonio for example. It could benefit from a bit of white paint outside, and the door handles inside could use some attention, but that's about the only bad parts you'll find! Would definitely recommend it, and would come back again! 10/10.

Alles bestens.. Wer den Aufenthalt nicht ausschließlich im Haus verbringen möchte sollte jedoch ein Fahrzeug mieten oder ausreichend Geld für Taxi einplanen. Da uns das vorher klar war können wir nur sagen: Alles zur vollsten Zufriedenheit 🤗 Kleiner Sandstrand fußläufig in etwa 8 min. zu erreichen, Einkaufsmöglichkeit etwa 20 min.

Incredibly beautiful, clean and spacious white Villa in a quiet area, very close to the beach

We were so overwhelmed by this awesome Villa. It looks so much better than in the pictures. Everything was perfect. When we first saw the house, we were so incredibly surprised that it was much better than we expected. Paul, the owner, a young, friendly and good looking man, was so helpful and one of the nicest host we've ever had. He replied very quickly and was very helpful in every aspect. If we would come back to Ibiza, we would definitely stay here again. The house itself, was new, clean, convenient, well equipped, spacious for a big group and could accommodate 9 persons. Paul even provided beach towels which is convenient for us. The AC and Internet worked well. The pool was great. If this house would be a hotel, it would be a 5 star hotel. Love it so much!!

Very nice modern bungalow with beautiful pool

We spent (2adults and a teen) for one week in this modern bungalow which is in walking distance to the Port es Torrent beach. All beautiful beaches of the west side of Ibiza like Cala Bassa, Cala Comte and Cala Tarifa are only short drive away. Supermarkets are few minutes away. Paul, the owner is a very friendly person.

Ótima experiência

A casa correspondeu às nossas expectativas: muito bonita e exatamente como nas fotos. Ótima localização, bairro calmo, próximo da praia e a poucos minutos de carro das praias mais conhecidas da ilha. Confortável e com tudo o que constava na descrição. Alguns pequenos pormenores a melhorar, como toalhas de mesa ou lençóis e toalhas extra, ainda que a máquina de lavar e secar tenha resolvido o problema. Host muito prestável. Muito disponível e útil em tudo o que precisamos. Ficamos todos muito satisfeitos.
