Diese brandneue Villa befindet sich in Cala Bou (San Agustin) in der Nähe des Hotel Monterrey und ist nur 700 Meter vom Strand und dem beliebten Ferienort San Antonio Bay. Die Villa ist eine Mischung aus modernen und traditionell mit einem hell und luftig im ganzen fühlen. Es verfügt über 3 große Schlafzimmer und 3 Badezimmer und ist für 6 Personen ideal.

Die Villa ist offen und ist in einem modernen, minimalistisches Design mit weißen Ledersofa, Esstisch für 6 Personen, eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Insel-Kochfeld, große amerikanische Kühlschrank mit allen modernen Annehmlichkeiten gestylt. Es gibt einen 50-Zoll-LED-TV im Wohnzimmer und einem 32-Zoll-LED-TV in jedem Schlafzimmer, alle mit Sky-Digital-DVB-T-TV. Es gibt auch kostenloses Glasfaser-Highspeed-WLAN für alle Gäste.

Im Erdgeschoss befinden sich 2 Schlafzimmer und 2 Badezimmer und im ersten Stock ist das Hauptschlafzimmer mit eigener Terrasse mit Meerblick und ein eigenes Badezimmer

Das Äußere der Villa ist sauber und ordentlich mit einem großen Pool und 3 separate Sonnenterrassen die Strahlen zu verschiedenen Zeiten des Tages zu fangen. Es gibt eine Terrasse nach Süden mit Schatten direkt neben der Küche, die für das im Freien Speisen ideal ist. Es gibt auch eine große Dachterrasse mit Blick auf das Meer, die für Sonnenanbeter ideal, da es die schöne Ibiza Sonnenschein den ganzen Tag über hat.

We had a fantastic stay at Martin’s villa. We couldn’t fault a single thing. The communication from Martin was fantastic and the villa was in a great location. We never had an issue with taxis and we were walking distance to local shops including a boat taxi which took you to the main side of San An bay. I’d recommend this villa to anyone!

Marrtin is probably the most responsive host ive ever encountered. Brilliant. It makes life so much easier. The villa has everything you need. Location is perfect being a short walk to shops and restaurants. Yet quiet and private at the same time. I cant recommend highly enough.

Fantastic stay in Ibiza!

I stayed at the property with my friends and we loved it! It’s exactly as shown on the pictures and is in a great location - far enough away from the bars so that you can sleep, but close enough so that they are accessible. If you are venturing further afield then the main road for taxis is only a 5 minute walk away. There are also a number of restaurants and shops nearby (within walking distance). Thank you for a great holiday!

A perfect family villa in San Antonio

This is a great property for those who want to experience San Antonio, without being right in the middle of all of the party. The location is excellent, just a short walk to the bus stop, where there are buses every 15 minutes up until 11 pm, right into the centre of town. For those staying later it is only a 10 taxi ride back to the property. The property was beautifully clean and well maintained, and match the descriptions exactly. The host was super helpful and if there were any questions got in contact very quickly. The property is very quiet and not overlooked by the only neighbouring property. There is a small family hotel over the road, but we only rarely heard very faint music even during the evening, the outdoor area at the hotel closed around 9 pm.It is worth noting that table tennis and beach towels were both available at the property and not listed on the advert. We would definitely stay there again and can thoroughly recommend it.

Lovely & chilled

Martin was a great host, made things straight forward and informative. Villa was a great getaway, very quiet, lovely, and chilled with easy transport in and out. Only negative was occasional smell due to poor drainage that is planned to be rectified, but can't fault the stay just because of this. Fun was had by all!

Loved it all

Great space, great pool, great facilities - all good. As a family of 6 we all fitted in comfortably and it all felt nice and spacious. The pool was great, nice and deep, and also well maintained. The o yo thing we planned to use but didn’t, so can’t comment on is the bbq, as we couldn’t get hold of any charcoal - but everything else worked and was as described.

Brilliant spacious villa, great location !

We loved being slightly set back from San Antonio, but within walking distance of the local beach and restaurants. We always felt safe and there was great security on the villa when we were all out and about. The villa is comfortable but minimal, maybe another comfy seat is needed inside for those days when it does rain ? We hired a car to see around the island, which is beautiful, and no problems parking the car at the villa. We would definitely book this villa again, thanks to all from The Sadler Team

Perfect holiday villa

We absolutely LOVED our holiday here, the house was perfect for our family of teenagers, we spent so many hours in the gorgeous pool, we had bbq’s, it was just perfect. It’s in a great area, close to everything, we hired a car and visited stunning beaches and towns nearby. The kids were close enough to the ‘action’. It’s near restaurants and bars and shops. The best holiday we have ever been on! A couple of little problems were sorted out fast , thanks so much Simon and Martin!

I've been living and working on the island for more than 25 years. I bought this house in 2013 and spent 3 years rebuilding & reforming it for weekly rental.

I love the open plan layout plus its in a great position close to the resort yet just far enough out to get away from it all. The Hotel Monterrey directly opposite also gives it a holiday feel.
