Diese nach Süden ausgerichtete Villa ist ein schönes Beispiel moderner Architektur und verfügt über 5 Schlafzimmer und 3 Badezimmer. Es ist ideal für Gruppen, Familien oder Paare, die einen stilvollen und entspannten Ausgangspunkt suchen, um die Insel zu erkunden. Die Villa verfügt über einen großen offenen Wohnbereich mit Ledersofas und hohen Decken mit einer offenen Holz- und Eisentreppe, die zum Zwischengeschoss mit Büroräumen und einem großen Bücherregal führt. Im 1. Stock befinden sich 2 Schlafzimmer und 1 Badezimmer. Die Master Suite verfügt über einen begehbaren Kleiderschrank und direkten Zugang zu einem Balkon mit Blick auf den Pool und den Garten. Das Master-Badezimmer verfügt über eine große Badewanne und eine Sauna.

Das Erdgeschoss verfügt über ein weiteres Schlafzimmer und ein Badezimmer und führt zu einer großen, hellen und luftigen modernen Küche mit Essbereich und zum TV-Raum mit 55-Zoll-LED-Fernseher mit vollständigem SKY-TV einschließlich Sport.

Durch den Fernsehraum gibt es weitere 2 Schlafzimmer mit einem gemeinsamen Bad, dieser Bereich ist an das Haupthaus angebaut und hat außerdem einen separaten Eingang, der ideal für Privatsphäre ist.

Diese Unterkunft ist stilvoll mit einer Mischung aus Holz- und Mikrozementböden und Klimaanlage gestaltet und geschmackvoll in einem modernen europäischen / asiatischen Stil eingerichtet

Es gibt einen Steingrill in den gepflegten Grasgärten und die Poolterrasse ist geräumig mit Sonnenliegen und großem Tagesbett. Es gibt auch einen großen runden Tisch für 8 Personen, der sich ideal für Mahlzeiten im Freien eignet.

Die Villa bietet einen atemberaubenden Ausgangspunkt, von dem aus Sie die Insel genießen können, egal ob Sie feiern oder einfach nur entspannen möchten oder vielleicht ein bisschen von beidem.

Family holiday

The villa itself is very lovely and spacious. The bathrooms and kitchen are modern.Inside the villa does need a little TLC and home comforts are tired and need replacing. The outdoor area is comfortable and the pool is lovely however again the outdoor furniture is tired and the master suit balcony did not have any outdoor furniture to enjoy.The villa owner was very quick to respond to us and sort some immediate issues out which was positive and these were rectified with no problem. We were also given an extended departure time which was a real benefit to us and the family. Overall the Villa is a stunning property and location was very quiet and peaceful. And we enjoyed our stay.

Fantastic stay!

Martin was a fantastic host, the listing was accurate and property clean and spacious. We had a great time which was largely down to the ease of the location of the Villa and Martin’s flexibility/willingness to help throughout covid and during our weeks stay. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again!

Great property and great location

A very comfortable villa, just a short drive into San Antonio. Very secure and quiet but walkable to shops or bars as needed. Lovely pool, garden and terrace! Would definitely book again.

Had a great stay! Good for groups and large family

We really liked the villa. We were a group of friends and with the pool area, the grass area, the barbecue and the large kitchen it was perfect for us. A small supermarket is in walking distance.

Great Villa

Lovely Villa , Great communication from Martyn through booking , arrival etc. location good quiet but 2 minutes from a small supermarket. Would definitely stay again. My daughter left some personal belongings in the villa and Martyn was a lifesaver who is sending them to the Uk for us!

The perfect Ibiza Villa?

Location is spot on being just a 5 min cab ride into San An, little supermarket well stocked just 5mins walk also. Villa is beautiful with plenty of space and everything in clean working order. Honestly could not have asked for more in our weeks stay in Ibiza. Thank you Martin for being a great host too!

Fabulous Villa!

Stylish, modern, spacious villa in a quiet residential area but only a short distance from lots of bars and restaurants and easy, short driving distance to some good beaches. Lovely garden, pool area and BBQ. Spotlessly clean, gorgeous bathrooms, 1st class facilities. Great host!

Amazing villa and great host

What a great find - we had a fantastic week in this villa. Martin was an excellent host, great communication before we came and so responsive for any questions we had both before we came and after we arrived. There is a little supermarket just at the end of the road which has everything you need and a cash machine! Easy location to get cabs to and from - I recommend saying to cab drivers it is near Sa Soca restaurant which is an eclectic little family run restaurant a 10 min walk away. You can walk easily to San Antonio in around 25 mins but can usually hail a cab on the way if you need to. Lovely comfy beds, great showers and the master suite is truly beautiful. Thankyou Martin for an amazing stay!

Lovely villa

We all had a fabulous stay. The villa is beautiful and has loads of space. The pool and garden area was amazing, plenty of space and beds etc. The villa is situated in a quiet cul de sac and not looked over. Shop at the end of the road came in handy. Loads of parking and very secure. Would definitely recommend staying there. Thanks Martin for a fabulous stay

Gorgeous villa and amazing location !

Amazing villa and great location., I stayed at the villa for 6 nights with 2 friends and 2 2 year old children. It was the perfect villa. Very spacious and great for kids and location ideal for nearby beaches, beach side restaurants and beach clubs. Also local shop and supermarkets close by. Martin was really helpful and answered all of our queries... I would also really recommend using their airport transfer service, really reliable and Darren was great!

Really comfortable stay. We managed it without a car, although like everyone knows taxis are an issue. The property was ideal on all accounts everything was clean and fresh, with the cleaning services in house and for the pool very friendly. The property manager was very responsive when required. The property was enjoyed by all 7 of us and the space was more than ample. We’re all happy!

The Perfect Villa!

We loved the villa. It's very stylish, spacious, a good layout and extremely well equipped. Big bedrooms with air con. and plenty of modern bathrooms. The pool is a good size and a pleasant temperature! Big outdoor space, beautiful garden with BBQ. Wifi good and plenty of TV options should you wish to watch it. Handy little general shop at the end of the road and a shortish walk into town. Martin is a great host, easy to contact, friendly and helpful. We loved it here, would highly recommend it and would love to stay again.

Very good!

We had a great stay at Can Sega. It is a big villa with more than enough space for our group (8 girls). Many bathrooms (4) what is very importent for girls ;-). The villa had everything we need: good possibility to cook, space to relax, swimmingpool, large garden and enough beds at the pool. Martin, the host, gave us a warm welcome. Check in was really fast en earlier because the villa was already cleaned. The communication with Martin was very good. It was easy to contact him and the response was fast. We would recommended this villa!

50th & 21st birthday holiday celebrations

Thank you Martin !!! Everything was brilliant, from the directions to communication, especially mine 🤣🤣 We had a fabulous family holiday, Jack had the best time, for a person with no sight and no speech he soon got used to his wonderful surroundings, perfect for him x Your villa is well equipped with everything we needed, including little things like great pool Towels and some cleaning products and tea & coffee on arrival. A very useful guide , everything you need to know, including restaurants !! Martin is always quick to respond to any queries you have, thank you again for helping us have a wonderful holiday, we will be back Helen, Daren, Jack, molly & Megan x

Fabulous villa near San Antonio

I booked this villa because my son was getting married close by. Its a fabulous place, very spacious and was perfect for our family including 1 infant of 11 months. The icing on the cake with it was a basketball hoop in the drive and British Sky TV including sports channels! ( My kids are a sporty bunch) There is air conditioning in the bedrooms (as well as the main living area) which are all a reasonable size with plenty of wardrobe space. Plenty of room on the drive to park the car we hired in the shade away from the hoop. Its only a 20 min walk into the centre of San Antonio but far enough away to be nice and quiet. There is a local supermarket close by with a cheaper place a 5 minute drive away. We had a couple of problems while we were there but a quick phone call or text to Martin and he had it sorted straight away. Would recommend it to family and friends.

Booked this villa for joint 50th celebration. We had a really lovely time as the villa is beautiful, clean, modern & comfortable. The pool was more than adequate for our needs. The villa itself is well equipt with furniture & kitchen paraphernalia (knives need sharpened). A grill pan grid would be helpful and a couple more teatowels but I'm bring picky. The electricity was temperamental & a fuse blew 3 times requiring us to call the host who dealt with it reasonably quickly. Wifi non existent up stairs but was better after the 3rd fusebox fix. The beds/bedrooms were really comfortable with nice matresses & pillows. I had the biggest room upstairs with the dressingroom area and beautiful bathroom. It was so nice and luxurious. The rooms upstairs lead to the outdoor mezzenine over looking the garden. Unfortunately the loungers up there were ripped and not really fit for purpose. Be careful of the low step which is a bit of a trip hazzard. Towels were provided for showering a pool use. Air con in all but 1 bedroom. Huge tv that we didn't use. This is a beautiful villa which was great value between just 5 of us. We all had a bedroom each which is why we booked it. Villa is 20minute walk to town but road from the villa is busy and the traffic very fast with no pavements so is not a pleasant walk for the first 5 mins. But, because of the distance from town it is quiet which suited us perfectly. The taxis were 7-9 euros in to town. Shop across the road was handy but dear.

Great Family Holiday

We had a fantastic family holiday in this villa , the age ranged from 1 - 78 - 8 adults and 1 child (20 months old). We really enjoyed our stay here everything was how it is in the description and photo's. There was plenty of room for all of us. Ibiza is a Fantastic holiday destination. We arrived on the Sunday morning knowing we wouldn't be able to check in until 4pm but we didn't mind as we all went for some lunch in San Antonio bay. But as we were having lunch Martin advised us we could check in at 2pm which was even better. Martin met us at the villa, he's a very nice guy, he showed us round and how everything worked. He told us to call him anytime if we needed anything. The pool area was great, plenty of sunbeds and shade if needed. The pool was brilliant, not too deep which suited everyone. Even my 20 month old daughter enjoyed paddling in the pool, on the steps leading into the pool, as it was shallow enough for her to sit in. The facilities in the villa are great too, we used the BBQ quite a lot for evening meals. During our stay we hired our own vehicle which is worth doing as we went and explored a bit of the island, there's plenty of room to park your vehicle securely inside the villa too. It also saved us money on hire taxi's. I would say that some taxi's don't know where the villa is so you might have to direct them or ask them to drop you off at the local spar (supermarket) across the main road. Also if you call a taxi from the villa you will have to meet them at the spar. It’s probably best you call the taxi from the Spar as they can come quite quick. If you wish to walk into San Antonio its about 20 mins. Martin left us contact details for a local taxi firm - it’s an English guy called Darren - he will come and take you places if there is a big group of you, he has a 9 seater taxi. One day he took 5 of us to Platja d'en Bossa at a reasonably price too. The only thing I would recommended about the villa is it could do with extra spare towels, tea towels and sheets, we stayed for 10 days and it got cleaned once while we were there (including one change of towels and sheets). Over all the Villa was perfect for us all as a family and it was great to meet Martin, he looked after us all. I would definitely consider hiring this villa again in the future as Ibiza is an amazing place to come for a holiday.

Schöne Villa, aber teilweise in die Jahre gekommen

Unser Aufenthalt war an sich schön. Nur als wir ankamen, waren wir auf dem ersten Blick nicht so begeistert. Man sieht zuerst den Aussenbereich/Poolbereich. Die Auflagen der Liegen waren nicht so ansehnlich, ebenso das Tagesbett, die Essecke draußen und der dazugehörige Sonnenschirm. Das muss alles erneuert werden. Drin war es besser. Schöne Küche, moderne Badezimmer und die Zimmer waren ok. Es war alles sauber. Aber zischen der Mastersuite und den anderen Zimmern liegen auch deutliche Unterschiede. Wäre man mit 10 Mann geflogen, wäre ein Paar mindestens enttäuscht über Zimmer 5 gewesen, mit Schiebetür und ohne Klima. Der Gastgeber war immer erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Alles in allem fanden wir die Villa gut mit Abstrichen.
