Pacific Beach ("PB") is a lively San Diego coastal neighborhood known for its three-mile sandy coastline, iconic Crystal Pier and a vibrant boardwalk filled with surfers, skaters, and cyclists. Located between Mission Bay and La Jolla, it offers a high-energy mix of surfing, restaurants, bars, and nightlife, with a more relaxed and peaceful vibe North Pacific Beach where your rental is located.



Getting Around:

Your neighborhood is completely walkable. In fact from the street if you walk due west you are only two blocks (5 min walk) from Tourmaline beach. You can easily walk to the many Pacific Beach restaurants, bar and shop as well. Any trips further into La Jolla (5 min drive away) or downtown (10-15 min drive away) we suggest driving your car or Uber/Lyft.

•The condo does not have filtered water or an ice maker, but we provide a Brita pitcher and ice trays.



•We do not have central air conditioning, but we do have a window air conditioning unit in the bedroom for your use. The ocean breeze keeps things comfortable, and we provide portable fans and space heaters for your comfort as well



•We do not an in-unit washer/dryer. There are multiple laundry rooms per floor for your use. The closest laundry room to your rental is only 35 feet away. There is also a full service laundromat that you can use their drop off service if you prefer to have your laundry done for you.



•All of our neighbors are full-time residents in this very complex. Late nights and noise can carry easily. Please be mindful of respecting the peaceful nature of our halls and common areas during your stay.
