Diese Unterkunft ist die erste Ebene unseres Hauses in Mission Bay. Ganz privat und gemütlich. Möblierte ein Schlafzimmer mit einem Wohnzimmer Küchenzeile, Bad und Holzböden im gesamten. Sie erhalten einen separaten Eingang, eine eigene geflieste Terrasse mit Tisch & Stühlen & Grill. Cool und luftig mit einer Strandstimmung ... Völlig privater Raum ... Ich grüße gern meine Gäste und bin immer oben, wenn Sie mich für irgendetwas brauchen, aber die Einheit und die angrenzende Terrasse mit Grill gehören Ihnen allein. Ich liebe es, diesen Teil meines Hauses wegen der wunderbaren Gäste zu mieten, die zu Besuch kommen und Freunde werden. Mission Bay / Bay Park ist eine ruhige Wohngegend, die buchstäblich mitten in allem liegt, was San Diego zu bieten hat. (Website von Airbnb ausgeblendet) 20 Minuten können Sie fast jeden Ort besuchen, den Sie in San Diego besuchen möchten. Viele Expressbusse sind nur einen halben Block entfernt. Trotz der Stornierungsbedingungen von ABB erstatte ich 100% (abzüglich etwaiger ABB-Gebühren) für Stornierungen, die vor Ablauf von 60 Tagen vor Ihrem Ankunftsdatum vorgenommen wurden. Danach erstatte ich die 50%, die ABB einbehält, soweit ich das Gerät für die stornierten Tage erneut vermieten kann. Wenn Sie ein Haustier mitbringen möchten, beachten Sie bitte, dass beim Check-in eine zusätzliche Gebühr in Höhe von 250 berechnet wird.

We don't advertise any "view" and clearly indicate that the parking is free, unregulated street parking (that is literally only about 300 steps from the unit). Regardless, thanks for the visit. Great Choice!

Amazing location that was perfect for a3-4 day stay! The room is clean, very comfortable bed, and there’s laundry onsite which was extremely handy. The host was very responsive and overall we had a great experience!

Very happy visitor

The place was very clean and tidy and very well stocked with everything we needed including coffee pods, a bottle of wine and even a couple of beers. Very thoughtful touches and appreciated touches! Would highly recommend staying here.

Cute little place

The location is fantastic because it is right by the freeway. You will need a vehicle, but it is a relatively quick drive to any of the destinations you would want. For the price you can’t beat it.

Perfect spot for a Pacific Beach getaway

At the end of a charming private walkway, you'll enter through a private gate into a beautifully appointed efficiency-style apartment. Everything we needed was there for our get-away-to-the-beach vacation. Appreciate all the details the owner considered like good reading lights by the bed that included phone chargers, fully equipped kitchen, and beach gear (chairs, umbrella and boogie board.) Wonderful stay in this spotless rental.

Just perfect!

Clean comfy and convenient! Ideal hotel alternative for a long weekend in La Jolla/SD. Everything was just 5-10 minutes away. Super-easy check-in/checkout and Aaron was very accessible and responsive. Will absolutely stay again!

Central location for S.D. Vacation

The studio is perfectly located for all your San Diego excursions. Studio was clean and Aaron was easy to communicate with. Sprouts is conveniently located just up the street. Parking was easy to find. We appreciated the beach chairs and umbrella for our beach days. We would definitely stay there again!

Great Stay!

Amazing stay and value. Check in was easy and we were fortunate enough to get in early. Cozy space but very clean. Photos showed outdoor space to have more seating and a grill. Looks to have been renovated and that was not actually available. Space was still fine for my wife and I. Overall wonderful experience and would recommend to anyone. Will stay again next family visit!

Long weekend visit from SF to see grandchildren

Excellent studio with king sized bed, great location, complete with everything you could want. It appeared like it was brand new and we were the first guest to use it. We plan to return. We have 3 grand kids in Clairemont Mesa, which is only 10 minutes away and it is minutes from the beach.

The apartment was nice and clean. The description to find the apartment was a bit difficult. A picture would help. Parking in the street was no problem. Public transport is in walking distance. I found may stay very enjoyable.
