Private Entrance Suite w/ Back Yard in North PB
Private entrance/room in home in North Pacific Beach for guests looking for a place to sleep. Room has ensuite bathroom, private entrance,Queen Bed, 55" Flatscreen TV with Amazon Firestick, Shared High Speed WIFI,Street Parking, Queen Air Mattress.There are 2 bikes & beach chairs you may use. We are located about 4-5 min bike ride or drive to the ocean.
There is NO KITCHEN however there is a mini fridge and microwave in the room.
Sleeps 2 MAX!!
IN INQUIRY: Include # of ADULTS & CHILDREN PLEASE.
No guests will be allowed on property without disclosure prior to booking reservation. Only persons disclosed prior to accepted booking will be allowed on premises.
The space: Myself, my wife and 2 dogs live in the house full time. You will have a private entrance to your room through the backyard to come and go as you please. You will not have access to the rest of our home nor will we have access to your room. You may use the backyard but we ask that there are no outside guests or parties. The inflatable hot tub and fire pit is not for guests. If you use these items there will be a $200 fee for the hot tub and a $100 fee for the fire pit.
My wife works remotely and will be home most of the day.
Bedroom has a queen size bed and desk. An air mattress will fit at the foot of the bed. There is a floor fan and electric heater in the room if needed. There is no air conditioning.
Guest access
Private entrance through the backyard. The room is not handicap accessible. There are approximately 20 steps you will need to walk up to get to the front door.
Other things to note: Please note there are 2 dogs that live here. You will not see the dogs unless we pass you coming and going from the house. However, if you have an issue with barking dogs, this may not be a good fit for you. Incessant barking is not an issue but we have thin walls and sounds can be heard between floors. Other animals are not allowed and if you try to sneak any in, you will be asked to leave immediately.
We are a 10-15 minute walk from the nearest bars and restaurants on Turquoise Street or Cass Street. We are 1 mile from the beach (20 minute walk, 5 minute car ride). We are happy to provide recommendations or answer questions if requested.
Update 11/28/2022- The lot next door has started to build. There may or may not be noise during the hours of 7am-4pm Monday-Friday. Please consider this disclosure when booking our property.
Update 2/4/2023- Construction is in the process of digging footings and laying rebar before pouring cement.
Update 4/5/2024- The house is on their finishing touches and should be completed soon. The have completed the exterior of the home and are now completing the kitchen and bathrooms and installing fencing and Landscaping. Duration of forecasted completion is 1-2 months away.
