Both kitchens are equipped with sleek granite countertops and fully equipped appliances, ideal for preparing meals to share with your loved ones. The living areas are bright and airy, with plantation shutters framing partial Gulf views from the front decks, creating a serene and inviting atmosphere.





On the third level of each home, you’ll find a master suite that serves as a private sanctuary.
