New Listing, same beautiful condo, under New Management! 7 night minimum.

Our spacious 3-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom condo (2300+ sq ft) offers a living room, den, dining area, kitchen and two balconies overlooking Lemon Bay and the Gulf—ideal for relaxing with family or friends. Each bedroom features a private en-suite bathroom and there's an extra half bathroom. Enjoy mornings on the beach searching for shark's teeth and shells, then unwind by the shaded private pool in the afternoon.

The den and living room have been recently renovated, featuring new flooring, fresh paint, and updated furnishings. The den features two new oversized chairs and pull-out Queen sofa. Living Room has a sectional sofa and oversized chair.

This is our 4th stay here. The new owners are managing it and what an improvement. The condo was so clean and Lauren was amazing to communicate with. We love the 3 en suites, the incredible views, and walking to restaurants. We can’t wait to return. We could stay all season.

Host was amazing! She sent info packet of everything we needed to know several days in advance. She replied immediately to any questions we had. Condo was immaculate, well equipped with everything needed. We enjoyed the large deck with table, chairs and three lounge chairs. Convenient location. Would highly recommend.

We had the best stay here and would 100% recommend. Lauren was such a thoughtful and responsive host from the start. When she found out we were traveling with our infant, she immediately offered additional information and help, which meant so much and made everything feel easier right away.You can tell how much care went into this place. Everything is well thought out and clearly labeled which made settling in seamless. There were tons of extra high quality supplies. We had everything we could possibly need. Every room had a Samsung smart TV, and the games and puzzles were in perfect condition and beautifully organized (such a small thing but it really stood out).The location is amazing. It’s literally right on the beach, which is great when you’re hauling chairs and beach bags. The condo even had coolers and beach toys stocked. That said, we honestly loved just sitting on the balcony overlooking the beach most of the time (also due to the infant situation) It’s an easy, lovely walk to bars and restaurants. We went to Lock & Key twice for dinner and discovered Gasparilla Roasting Company (a drive not a walk) which is a must if you love good coffee.This is one of those places where you just feel taken care of. Lauren has truly thought of everything. Highly, highly recommend.

Have nothing but amazing things to say about this place! It was extremely spacious and was even bigger than the listing made it seem. The host were extremely accommodating and volunteered to provide a pack n play and booster seat at no extra cost for our youngest son. They also provided a ton of beach toys and supplies so that we truly didn’t need to bring anything but clothes and food on this trip! The restaurants were very close we were able to walk to dinner and the pool was heated and clean.

This was the best property we have been at in all the years we have traveled to Florida. Lauren has by far been the best host we have ever had. First and foremost, she is great at communicating. She is responsive and very attentive. The unit was impeccably clean and well organized. A whole linen closet of beach towels (nicely labeled). The views from the property are fantastic, and the set up the condo is wonderful. If possibly, we would love to book again with Lauren.

We're a Midwest couple that loves the area. We have been coming to the area for many years. We love watching the sunrise over Lemon Bay and watching the sunset over the Gulf.

Darum fiel die Entscheidung auf diese Unterkunft

We love the "Old Florida" feel. We like that there are just a few units in the condo complex. The Association has worked very hard to bring back the greenery and get the complex back into tip top shape after both hurricanes.
We love the sidewalks to run or walk on and the restaurants and bars within walking distance, OR call Stumpy's Shuttle!

There is plenty of space to spread out. The private en-suite bathrooms are so nice. Everyone has their own bedroom suite! Perfect for adult children or couples trips! The bedrooms are located down the hall from the living room and den so if people go to bed a different times, it's quiet in the bedrooms. All the south-facing windows bring in the sunshine and it's so fun to watch the sunrise over Lemon Bay and watch the boats on the Gulf!
