The main suite features a queen bed, large closet and 43 inch TV. The second bedroom can be flexible with twin beds that can convert to a king bed. The flex space offers a third twin bed. The two on suite bathrooms share a large walk in shower.

The space
The second bedroom can be flexible with twin beds and that can easily convert to king bed and closet space for additional guest storage. The third bedroom offers a third twin bed with peek a boo gulf view. To add even more sleeping space the living room sofa pulls out into a full queen.

This quiet key is old Florida at its best! Just steps away to your private white sand beach! Grab a book and unwind poolside overlooking the bay, grab a lounger on the gulf, or cook your favorite meal on the BBQ grills. Cook up the days catch and watch the sun go down or snag your favorite beverage and join the Sunburst community at sunset. This is where every spectacular sunset is an event all year long!

This condo is close to the pool and a bayside boat dock which may be used on a first come basis. Boats up to 26 feet can be accommodated, as well as jet skis, kayaks or paddleboards. Water, electric and fish cleaning station are available at boat dock. Trailer parking must be arranged offsite. Parking is one spot per unit with potential guest options. There are several public boat launches and pay storage facilities within a short distance. Two horseshoe pits are also available to add to the fun.

Other things to note
4 kayaks and bikes are available for use at your own risk. Please be patient with us, as our community is rebuilding after two major hurricanes. You may experience some construction during your stay as we continue to repair our facility and attempt to return to normal.
