Phoenixes I, II, III, and IV share amenities that include: Heated Indoor Pools, Outdoor Pools, Hot Tubs, Kiddie Pools, Splash Pads, Fitness Center, Sauna, Steam Room, Tennis Court, Shuffleboard Court, Pickleball Courts, Racquetball Court, Outdoor Grilling Areas, Gazebos, and of course, all this sits Gulf Front on the water’s edge!!

This 1 Bedroom, 1 Bath home can accommodate your small family up to 4 with a King Size Bed in the spacious bedroom, a Smart TV, and private access to the full bathroom with a shower/ tub combination. The kids will love sleeping in the cozy living room on the queen, pull out sofa and gaze out the window to watch the dolphins swim by, or just watch their favorite shows on the large, Smart TV. This kitchen is fully equipped for meal preparation, or guests may choose to enjoy takeout from the many restaurants located within walking distance and dine on the balcony. The Gulf Facing Balcony holds a dining set and a nice lounger for enjoying a cup of coffee or just soaking in the salty air. Watch the waves crash on the sand and see if you can spot some pelicans or sea turtles. There are even a stackable washer and dryer provided in this home for convenience. Everything you need for your family to make lasting memories is here! You will come back year after year for sure!

- Beach Chairs & Umbrellas: Sometimes guests leave behind chairs and toys they have purchased. If they are clean and in good condition, we will leave them for the next guests. Or these items are fairly inexpensive and can be purchased at most local stores. Also, there are vendors that set up very nice beach chairs and umbrellas for daily or weekly rent (seasonally). Just find an empty one or the attendant.

- All Bed Linens and Bath Towels are provided. A full list of what is provided and suggestions to bring will be emailed to you upon booking.

**WINTER MONTHLY RESERVATIONS/ SNOWBIRDS (November, December, January & February) -Monthly Rates are available upon request. These rates are not advertised. We prefer full-month reservations from the First to the First.
**Admin Fee and Processing (credit card) fee are non-refundable after booking.

*Parking Passes and Wristbands are required. You will received an email from within a few days of booking. This email contains the link to complete your Guest Registration and purchase parking passes with the onsite HOA. This fee is not included in the total of your reservation. Please access that link and pre-register before your arrival. The fee is discounted to $60 for pre-purchasing. If you purchase upon arrival, the fee is $70.
