The Space:
This unit does NOT have beach views but IS a beachfront complex.
Parking passes are $40 each! Limited to 2 per unit. You get 1 parking pass with your reservation. If you need a second pass we will collect $40. Park directly under the complex and take the elevators up the 2nd floor to locate unit 237!
Upon entering the unit, the full bath is on the right! The upright washer/dryer is on the right hand wall prior to walking into the living space.
The fully stocked kitchen overlooks the living room space which features a queen bed and sofa!
Enjoy sitting on the private balcony with access directly off the living room space! You will have gorgeous gulf views from the unit since unit 237 is located toward the front of the complex!
Enjoy your meals sitting on the dining table with 2 chairs.

Guests will have access to everything inside the unit including the balcony!
Guests will also have access to the 2nd floor pool/tennis courts and the ground floor pool and direct beach access!
