Eine der besten 1br-Einheiten bei Phoenix V !!



Diese Phoenix V Wohnung ist eine der besten am Strand! Ideal für ein Paar mit einer kleinen Familie. Es gibt zahlreiche Aktivitäten, darunter ein Kraftraum, ein Racquetballplatz, eine Sauna, ein beheizter Innenpool, Whirlpools, Tennisplätze, ein Basketballplatz und ein Außenpool. Drei Tennisplätze erwarten Sie draußen. Es gibt sogar einen schönen Pavillonbereich zum Entspannen, während Sie grillen.



Entspannen Sie sich auf dem großen Balkon mit atemberaubendem Blick auf den Golf oder schlafen Sie auf dem großen Kingsize-Bett im Master. Es gibt auch ein Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer. Wir sind günstig in der Nähe von Restaurants, Lebensmittelgeschäften und nicht weit von den Outlet-Malls entfernt.



Unsere Wohnung wurde kürzlich mit neuen Granit-Arbeitsplatten, neuen maßgefertigten Schränken, neuen Wohnzimmermöbeln und Fliesen im ganzen Haus renoviert. Wir finden es einzigartig bei Phoenix V !!



Unsere Wohnung befindet sich in der Mitte des Gebäudes im 6. Stock, nicht weit von den Aufzügen entfernt. Schlüsselloses Türschloss, damit Sie während Ihres Aufenthalts nicht mit den Schlüsseln mithalten müssen !! Senden Sie mir eine E-Mail und fragen Sie nach den vielen Rabatten. Im Allgemeinen wird für diese Einheit ein niedrigerer Preis als für die Vor-Ort-Verwaltungsgesellschaft berechnet. Wir haben auch zwei 2BR und eine weitere 1BR-Einheit auf derselben Etage, falls Sie mehr als eine Wohnung benötigen!

Ihre Kinder können jetzt eine neue 1300 Quadratmeter große Fläche genießen. Karibischer Pirat inspiriert Splash Pad unten am Pool. Das Gebiet besteht aus einer Piraten-Sloop und einem Schiffsbogen mit schrägen Düsen und einer Wasserkanone, einer nassen Rutsche am Strandboot, einer Palme mit Wasser-Dumping-Bananen sowie einem kleinen Tulpenspray. Sie können Bilder des Wasserparks am Ende der Diaschau sehen. Es ist sicher, Ihre kleinen Bucketheads während Ihres Urlaubs zu beschäftigen.



Parken: Sie müssen Ihre Parkausweise bei der Ankunft kaufen, eine einmalige Gebühr in Höhe von 28 USD pro Fahrzeug.

Overall, very clean and close to everything. Great view overlooking the beach! My only complaints would be multiple outlets in living room and next to the bed were inoperable (loose/or don’t work at all), the bed was not comfortable/squeaky, shower head loose, need a new shower curtain, toilet loose/rocks.

The condo, was just as advertised very clean. The bed was very comfortable, but I personally do not like a real soft bed. The bed was medium, not hard or soft very close to everything. The view was over the top, fantastic.

Great location

The condo is fine. Nothing fancy, but met our needs. The condo has everything you need. The building is in need of updates and better maintenance. The pool was closed for most of our week. There was only one working elevator out of 4 so wait times are extremwly long.

Great vacation!

We stayed a week and loved every minute of it. I had something come up and asked to change the dates of the reservation and they were very accommodating and allowed us to change the dates. I was afraid there would be issues with the elevators because of some of the reviews I read but they had all 4 elevators working and there was hardly ever a wait for the elevator. The condo is exactly as the pictures show. Great view of the gulf from the balcony and short walk to the beach. We would definitely stay there again!

A Nice Few Days

Overall, we really liked the condo. The beach access was great, the pool was enjoyable, and the view was wonderful. However, the sundries were minimal. We ran out of toilet paper and soap I during a 3 day stay. And the dishwasher detergent was half empty.

A well equipped condo

Kitchen well supplied, comfortable king bed, comfortable balcony furniture, and reliable internet service. Lovely indoor and outdoor pools with comfortable lounge chairs. Nice indoor hot tubs and a wonderful dry sauna. The gym is one of the best I have seen in a condo or hotel complex. Bathroom could use remodeling and we had trouble getting tv reception during the second half of the week - not sure what happened. Would stay here again because the furniture was all comfortable and the overall building is well equipped and appears to be well run.

Very dated

This room was very dated. Worn out furniture, Mattress and dirty painted cabinets. The bathroom tub wouldn’t drain, the toilet rocked back and forth. The mattress was hard and had box springs hanging out of the comforter. How tacky!!The room itself was dirty. I wouldn’t dare eat out of the kitchen, there were crumbs in all the drawers. The pot holders had crusted food on them for example. I expected more for the money. Especially the cleaning fees I paid. The building itself was fine except for the elevators. Long waits to go anywhere.

The condo was great but the couch and Love seat needs to be replace. We sat in the condo a lot and it was not comfortable. The bed hurt our backs. Sorry to be so negative but it is the truth. Our towels had holes in some of them but we still used them.

Relaxing beach getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location, easy beach access, amazing view! I am 35 weeks pregnant, and normally have a difficult sleeping in a new bed while traveling anyway, but I slept SO well in this condo. The kitchen was mostly stocked, but traveling with a 3 year old had me wishing that they had more kid friendly dishes (take and toss cups, plastic plates, etc). Luckily we had brought a few travel cups and bought some paper plates, etc. overall we were very pleased with the rental. I do think that it could have been cleaned a little more thoroughly before we arrived. A few of the pans had food baked to the bottom that I scrubbed out. There was food splatter on the side of the fridge, and no cleaning supplies available for us to clean things. The bathroom and shower also had hair in it when we arrived. But again, nothing that would keep me from staying here again. Perfect location, not a ton of traffic, lots of on-site amenities/accommodations.
