Das Phoenix V Wohnung ist eine der besten am Strand! Ideal fĂŒr ein Paar mit einem kleinen Familie. Es gibt viele AktivitĂ€ten, darunter ein Fitnessraum, Racquetball, Sauna, beheizter Innenpool, Whirlpools, TennisplĂ€tze, Basketballplatz und Freibad. Draußen erwarten Sie zwei TennisplĂ€tze. Es ist auch ein schöner Pavillon FlĂ€che unter zu entspannen, wĂ€hrend Sie sind bbq-ing.



Kommen Sie auf dem gerĂ€umigen Balkon mit atemberaubendem Blick auf den Golf oder Schlaf auf der großen Kingsize-Bett im Master. Genießen Sie ein Nickerchen auf dem großen Stuhl im Wohnzimmer. Die KĂŒche ist komplett mit neuen GerĂ€ten ausgestattet. Wir sind bequem neben Restaurants, LebensmittelgeschĂ€fte und nicht weit von den Outlet Malls entfernt.



Unsere Wohnung wurde mit neuen Arbeitsplatten aus Granit, neue kundenspezifische SchaltschrÀnke vor kurzem renoviert, neue Wohnzimmermöbel und Fliesen im gesamten. Wir denken, dass seine ein von einer Art in Phoenix V !!



Unsere Wohnung in der Mitte des GebĂ€udes in der 6. Etage befindet, kein Fuß weit von den AufzĂŒgen. Keyless-Entry-TĂŒrschloss so mĂŒssen Sie nicht mit irgendwelchen Tasten wĂ€hrend Ihres Aufenthalts halten !! Senden Sie mir eine E-Mail und fragen Sie nach den vielen Rabatten. Im Allgemeinen wird fĂŒr diese Einheit ein niedrigerer Preis als fĂŒr die Vor-Ort-Verwaltungsgesellschaft berechnet.



Ihre Kinder können sich auf eine 1300 mÂČ große Anlage freuen. Caribbean Pirate Splash Pad unten am Pool inspiriert. Das Gebiet besteht aus einem Piraten Sloop und Schiffsbug mit Slant Jets und Wasserkanone, einem Strand gesetztes Boot Wet Rutsche, eine Palme mit Wasser Dumping Bananen sowie einem winzigen Tulpe-Blumen-Spray. Sie können am Ende der Wohnung Diashow platziert Bilder von der Wasser-Park zu sehen. Es ist sicher, dass Ihr wenig Bucketheads besetzt wĂ€hrend Ihres Urlaubs zu halten.



Parken: Sie mĂŒssen Ihre Parkausweise bei der Ankunft kaufen, eine einmalige GebĂŒhr in Höhe von 28 USD pro Fahrzeug.

The condo was as advertised and perfect for a couple. However it wasn’t ideal for my two daughters and me. There were no sheets for the pull out sofa bed. We had three towels for three people for three nights, I don’t know about others but when I’m on vacation I like to sleep comfortably not with three people in a bed and I don’t want to have to wash towels every day. The only thing that needs work is the attention to detail for number of quests that are to be staying and length of stay.

Great place for a small family

The place was even better in person with new bedding and the removal of an oversized chair as shown in pictures. The splash pad was a great addition for toddlers! We will be back!

Room was ok but property was not.

Room was clean and as described. Check in was easy. 4 elevators and only 2 operating which took forever. Outdoor Pool was closed entire stay. Hot tub water looked very dirty. We have stayed at this hotel in the past and it has went down a lot. Hopefully will be doing renovations in future. The location is very convenient.Host did not answer questions through app but when i called the number for an issue it was answered and resolved quickly.

Clean but outdated

Place was mostly clean. If you want to cook, bring your own supplies. Could not find a can opener or baking sheet. And only 6 forks meant washing them after every meal. Clothes dryer would not stay running. Appreciate the smart tv in the living room, but it did not have Youtube TV app installed and would not let us install it without a password. Not worth the money.

Winter escape

Nice condo right on the water. Lot's of dolphin activity. This condo is directly above the splash park so you will hear the buckets dump water every 30 seconds. For some reason it came on at 5 am. We did get used to it after a while

Awesome view and great condo.

The condo was clean. The location and view were great. I wish we would have had a broom in the condo for sweeping up the sand and more than one dish towel. Other than the kitchen being semi-stocked everything was great.

We did keep it cool in condo, so got a blanket down-it had stuff all over it, so did the second one. Had to wash before use. Used ceiling fan for white noise but it has a squeak once it gets going that is very loud. Other than those things it was great-easy access to beach, nice patio, relatively quiet.

We were very pleased with the cleanliness of our room and quiet neighbors. We loved the layout of our room also. A comfy beachy feel. The staff were very nice and helpful. My one complaint is that we saw multiple large bugs in the pool on three separate occasions and I stopped swimming in it after one was crawling on me after getting out of the pool. But we loved our stay overall!

Living room fan did not work, no light bulb in the bedroom lamp, bathroom shower very dark, no pot holders or major utensils in the kitchen, clock when we arrived had no battery- so we bought batteries to fix it. Very limited bath towels, so had to wash them daily. Floor was not super clean, I get there is sand from the beach but upon arrival, it should have been cleaner. Bedroom tv had limited channels due to satellite. Older living room tv.

Reviewer Comments: We definitely enjoyed the unit but the property is under some major lobby renovations. Unloading & loading of luggage was not desirable & 2 out of the 4 elevators were not working. That was a hassle in itself. Pool area nice & renting the beach chairs were great. That little fella was a joy to work with. If we decide to stay there again I will definitely check to make sure the renovation/construction process is over.
