All guests must follow the good-neighbor policy. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No smoking anywhere on the premises.



You may encounter local wildlife during your stay (birds, raccoons, dogs, geckos, spiders, scorpions). Please respect them and do not leave food outside.



Your reservation includes cleaning before arrival and after departure, plus basic welcome amenities (toilet paper, shampoo, soap, essentials). Extra cleaning or restocking is available at additional cost.



For the AC to work properly, please keep doors and windows closed while it runs and do not set the temperature below 21 C.
