The Space:
Unique and elegant decor in this luminous penthouse in Playa del Carmen! The condo complex features resort-like amenities and an enviable location directly in front of the beach near Mamitas Beach Club. You will melt into relaxation no matter where you are on the grounds of Aldea Thai. Meander around soaking in the Thai-Balinese decor, designed to instill a sense of calm, with pathways that travel over a fabulous water feature that flows in different directions through the complex grounds. There's also a large pool onsite with a swim-up bar and lots of lounging area and plenty of relaxing spots to get away and just "be".

This spacious penthouse is ideal for families or friends, featuring:
- A luminous, open-plan living space with a Smart TV and a large, comfy sofa for relaxing downtime moments at home. Plus, direct access to a private ocean view balcony. A great place to breathe in the ocean breeze, enjoy a coffee or glass of wine.
- A dining area with a table to seat 6 comfortably for peaceful sit-down meals in peace and comfort. This spot also makes a great laptop-friendly work area, if you must!
- Adjacent to the dining area is a granite countertop, fully-equipped kitchen with quality stainless appliances, cookware, dishes & a wine cooler. It contains everything you'd need to prepare meals at home.
- Just off the kitchen you'll find the stairs that lead directly to the private ocean view roof terrace! Up there you'll find an outdoor dining table and a sunken sofa seating area for lounging around in the pergola shaded area, sun loungers for soaking in some rays, and a plunge pool with a view! It's like your very own resort up there. Head up and witness the sunrise -- it's fantastic.
- 3 comfortably-furnished bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms to accommodate 8 as such:
BEDROOM 1: 1 King bed, full ensuite bathroom, a TV & balcony access
BEDROOM 2: 1 King bed, full ensuite bathroom & a TV
BEDROOM 3: 2 Double/full beds, a TV & the 3rd full bathroom just outside the door
- All the amenities you’d expect for a beachside condo complex: zoned AC, Wi-Fi, Smart TV with cable & Netflix, premium linens & towels, etc.
- A free, private underground parking spot.

Guest Access:
You’ll have exclusive access to the penthouse condo, balcony, and your large private rooftop terrace during your stay. You can also enjoy the complex amenities, including large outdoor pool, lounge areas, gym, and underground parking.

- Just a block and a half to the famous 5th Avenue lined with activity from end to end like restaurants, bars, cafes, vibrant malls, boutique and souvenir shops, little pop-up kiosks and eateries, and more!

Getting Around:
The penthouse condo is in Aldea Thai, about a 50-minute drive from Cancun’s International Airport (when there's no traffic--best to always check your map app!) We’re also happy to arrange private transportation for you, if needed, just let us know in advance.

Once you arrive, you can walk to everything you want to do in town. You can also rent a bike or use the BiciPlaya mobile app to access the public bike stands in town. There’s a nice bike path along 10th Avenue you can cruise up and down to see the sights.

Taxis are plentiful as well. Just be sure to always use registered taxis. There are also two ADO bus stations, with buses departing to Yucatan Peninsula destinations and other Mexican states. Convenient for day trips and excursions.

If you drive, you'll have a spot at the complex in the garage, but just be careful around town, as there are parking meters in operation from 10 am to 10 pm. You need to locate the meter box (one per street), pay with coins or card, and display your paid ticket in the dashboard window.

Other Things to Note:
*The condo cannot be rented for parties end events like bachelor, bachelorette parties, etc.

Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.

There is no daily housekeeping. And please note, for long-term stays (21 nights or more) there's an obligatory charge of $50 USD per week for the mid-stay cleaning service. This is coordinated directly with you during your stay.

There's no washer or dryer at the property. However, laundry pick-up/drop-off service is available upon request at an additional price.

Please make sure to return your bracelets to reception upon check out. A penalty of $12 USD per missing bracelet will apply otherwise.

A security deposit of $500 USD is required upon arrival and the amount will be returned to you before you check out, provided there’s no damage or anything requiring repair due to an incident during your stay.

Additional Services: We're happy to assist you with other arrangements such as airport transfers, extra housekeeping, tour information and booking, car rental, plus many more services. All of these services can be booked prior to your arrival. We're here to help you relax on your vacation.

We provide a few essentials to make you feel more at home when you arrive: drinking water, soap, shampoo, and toilet paper. Please note that these are not replenished during your stay. If you'd like to arrange grocery delivery, just let us know!

HOUSE RULES
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, etc.) is allowed inside the condo, and the use of any recreational drugs on the premise is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay.
- Renters will be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during their stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pets are not allowed.
- It is requested to use the safe box for your valuables. We will not be held responsible for any loss or theft.
- Pool and common area regulations and opening hours have to be respected. The use of musical devices in common areas is prohibited. Glassware and bottles, food or coolers are not allowed in the pool, the use of disposable or plastic glasses are allowed.
- We ask that you please adhere to the rules of the condo complex during your stay. You’ll be required to acknowledge and sign upon arrival.
