Our house is a roughly 180 m2 villa in a large lush palm tree filled private garden with a huge outdoor area and private swimming pool (around 4 x 9 meters).

You can enjoy your days outside with barbecue or our outdoor kitchen and relax during the summer nights on our covered outdoor living room or next to the pool in the outdoor sitting area.

You will have full privacy as the property is surrounded by a thick hibiscus hedge.

Every bedroom has a modern A/C units and a fan to cool down during the nights.

Bedroom 4 is a large bell tent in the garden, perfect for the kids or a night out.

The house has 3 full baths, one for each bedroom and garden bathroom, plus one guest toilet.

We have a 200mbit Wi-Fi connection in case you need to do some work or watch movies.

Included in the rent is pool maintenance and garden maintenance.

We will provide towels and bedsheets.

We have one bedroom and the garage locked with our private things.

On the property are six cats, so it's perfect for kids or cat lovers.

For your entertainment you will find a large TV with Netflix and Amazon video and a Sonos music system with multiple speakers inside and outside.

Please note that we charge the electricity bill separate, as especially high A/C use can be expensive. As an indication, the kWh costs around 0.35 € in Cyprus.

Please note that we prefer families as guests.

This is our permanent home, which we rent out during the summer when we travel.

We have 6 cats living around the house which also go inside. If you come to visit us, we expect you to feed the cats. Cat food will be provided.
