Villa Stavroulla wurde schön eingerichtet und ausgestattet, um einen hohen Standard der Unterkunft zu bieten. Die Villa ist klimatisiert und zentral beheizt. Es hat einen großen privaten Überlauf-Pool, mit einem eingebauten Whirlpool an einem Ende. Der Pool kann in der Nebensaison (gegen Gebühr) beheizt werden. Es steht auf einem größeren Grundstück als der Durchschnitt, mit einer separaten Rasenfläche vom Pool entfernt. Es befindet sich etwa 1,5 km vom Zentrum von Coral Bay entfernt, das von Geschäften und einer Vielzahl von Bars und Restaurants gesäumt ist und eine Auswahl an zypriotischer und internationaler Küche bietet. Der wunderschöne Sandstrand bietet warmes seichtes Wasser und zahlreiche Wassersportmöglichkeiten. Paphos ist eine kurze Autofahrt entfernt, wo Sie historische Stätten und ein lebhafteres Nachtleben finden können.

What a beautiful Villa, the facilities were never ending, outdoor space is huge and super clean. We loved the location, only a 15 minute walk to the supermarket and Coral Bay main strip where there’s plenty of restaurants. The communication from Jennifer was brilliant very quick response, Lynne and Alison even organised taxi’s from the airport and for the return. Thank you so much we had a fab time. We’re going to miss have our balcony breakfast every morning.Would we go back?…….absolutely!

Perfect location

The villa is beautiful well stocked with everything you might need. Lots of books games with a pool table and ping pong etc for a family to be entertained. We spent most of our time out doors pool side. Facilities outdoor and indoor are excellent. It’s short drive to the supermarket, beach and bars and restaurants. Excellent location.

Just had a wonderful two weeks at the villa. So spacious with absolutely everything you need. We took our family(6 adults) and five month old granddaughter and it was perfectly equipped for us all. The outdoor area and pool is fabulous. It was ver hot (August) but there was plenty of shaded areas and good air con in all the rooms. I really hope we get to return again at some point. Big thank you to Lynne (property manager) who was so lovely & helpful - always friendly and happy to help at any time. We have made some wonderful family memories at the villa. The views are beautiful with both the mountains at one side and the sea at the other. Would recommend a car if you want to get out and about.

Everything we thought it would be

First class villa in a very convenient location. With the heated pool option our extended family needed neither the beach nor the sea and we all had a great time. With two floors & the pool area there was enough space that any section of the family to find room for 'time-out'

3rd time staying, still perfect

Everything from the booking, communication prior to the holiday and the stay itself have been spot on. The villa is perfect for a family group, or group of friends like us. The facilities are great, outside space brilliant and all bedrooms well furnished. The kitchen area is well stocked with crockery and glasses. BBQ is excellent as are all the areas to sit and eat, especially the stunning roof terrace. I can't imagine staying anywhere else when we come to Coral Bay again

Wonderful, well equipped villa

This was the second time we have been to the villa. This time we went with our daughters for 1 week. Wonderful relaxing holiday in a very well equipped villa with everything you need. Really did feel like home from home. The pool area outside is so relaxing & the pool a good size. Lots of outdoor eating spaces & pool table, table tennis & dart board entertainment available. 4th stay just as good as always

We absolutely love staying here. The location is perfect for exploring the local area and visiting some amazing restaurants. The villa itself is really well equipped and the pool is brilliant. So much outside space to enjoy during the day and the evening. We will definitely return, it's a real home from home. Sunsets from the roof terrace are stunning and it's a really lovely part of the villa to just chill out and take in the views of the surrounding area. We all love Stavroulla and will be back. Excellent Villa

Superb villa with everything well thought out. Beautiful roof terrace to watch the sunset. The villa is exceptionally well appointed with fridges (5 in total). Beautiful outside space with comfortable sun beds, great size pool. Great bar area with a lovely covered seating area. We Had BBQ a couple of evenings the local supermarket sells fabulous marinated meat, huge prawns and fresh fish. We can just go on and on and can't wait to return. If your looking for a superb villa that is spotlessly clean and well appointed this is definitely a villa to stay at.

Unexpected Holiday

With all that has gone on this year with Covid-19 we really didn't expect to have this fantastic family holiday. But once we got through all the paper work for getting to Cyprus we had a fantastic time, the Villa with all its amenities was very good and Lynn who was with Cyprus villas was on hand to help with what ever we needed even the niggly things like the water cooler the TV channels not working and the loss of pool heating for two days due to a power cut which were all dealt with promptly and professionally. the back up from the owners (Jenny) and Cyprus Villas could not have been better in these trying times. With that said we would definitely come back to villa Stavroulla, O and the weather was fantastic too, a last mention to Jenny who kindly allowed us to stay over at the villa until 2pm on our last day which made the return leg a lot more easier with the little ones. Thank you again to everyone.

Three weeks of memories sun and good times

My wife and I with children plus grandchildren total of 8 had three weeks of fantastic memories . Ages from 75 to 9 Villa Stavroulla had lovely views from roof terrace. To hot trough the day but nice after sunset , the villa had many fridges /water coolers / fans / air con units . The pool was clean and kids had a ball everyday as the adults , many sitting areas to enjoy BBQs and drinks at the bar . The villa was also very well equipped will all you would need , As we were a family of eight all bed rooms were used , One down fall was the narrow spiral stair case between levels .this needed to be used when locking up to go out and opening up in the morning if upstairs doors were still locked . Would say photos to cover these stairs would be a must for future guests . As this would have been a game changer for us as elderly for booking .this aside we had a fantastic holiday .we had a few issues that were dealt with very prompt by Alison and her team many thanks ,Also thanks to Jenny the owner for your quick response on all my questions the spiral stairs is pro active feed back . The family will remember the three weeks stay for a very long time Regards Mike

Excellent stay!

We enjoyed a fabulous two week stay at this property. The property is well equipped and with 5-6 fridges we could guarantee cold drinks etc...much needed given the 40 degree temperatures. The welcome pack and cake for my wife's 50th provided by the owners was gratefully received. The pool was ideal although the temperature did rise towards the end of the holiday..with the significant levels of sunshine. The air conditioning was a welcome bonus and the views out to Coral Bay from the roof terrace were superb. We had very few issues although the linen change was not the best with the downstairs linen not being completely changed. That said this is a minor in relation to all of the positives for the villa. I would strongly recommend this villa.

Stunning villa

We had a most wonderful stay at Villa Stavroulla. We traveled as two families and had so much space, plenty of bathrooms, excellent kitchen with every home comfort. The management team were amazing with any questions we had. I really can't recommend this villa highly enough. You will not be disappointed!!!!!

We are both professional people, living and working just outside London. We have three adult children, all married, and have four wonderful grandchildren.
We enjoy walking, skiing, water sports and Nick plays golf.
We are fortunate to have a very close family, who with their partners, ensure that we manage a least a week every year, together in Cyprus. Happy days!

We have been coming to Cyprus since 1992 and in 2006 decided to rent a villa instead of staying in hotels.
It was during this time that we were given the opportunity to purchase Villa Stavroulla, and have never looked back.
We come over as often as we can, and make sure that we book off a two week period in the summer months to enjoy time with our children and their partners.
The villa is spacious with plenty of indoor and outdoor space. The pool area is secluded and quite private with plenty of room for people to enjoy the sunshine. As you relax on your sun beds you can enjoy views towards the sea. Stavroulla is located on the outskirts of Coral Bay, still within walking distance, but slightly away from the noise and cooking smells of the 'strip'. There are three restaurants close by, so you don't have to walk far for a good meal!

Our villa is set on a larger than average plot, which means that you have more privacy than you would do when the villas are lined up next to each other, in 500sq metre gardens.
The overflow pool is virtually self cleansing, which means that bugs and leaves are flushed from the surface, making swimming a more pleasant experience.
We have a bar area and gazebo, as well as a wonderful roof terrace, where you can enjoy the beautiful Cypriot sunsets, and 360* views of the sea, mountains and surrounding areas.
A pool table, table tennis and darts board are provided for your entertainment.
