The condo is a third floor walk-up, that sleeps 4 comfortably and includes a private bedroom, hallway twin size bunk beds for kids, a comfortable living room with sleeper sofa, a full bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen for easy meals during your stay. Guests can enjoy sunrise views, dolphin watching, and the peaceful sound of the waves just steps from the sand.
The condo is well suited for both vacation and longer stays, with high speed internet, smart TVs, parking, self check in, onsite laundry facilities as well as access to shared outdoor amenities such as picnic areas and charcoal grills.

Oceanfront Living and Beach Access
This condo offers a true oceanfront setting with beautiful Atlantic views and convenient beach access. Guests can enjoy the private deck, sunrise views, dolphin watching, and the relaxing sound of the ocean throughout their stay.
Beach access may vary depending on tide and shoreline conditions. Due to recent storms and erosion in the past few years, our shoreline has changed and is reinforced by a perimeter of sandbags. Therefore, the amount of usable beach directly in front of the complex can change, and direct access may be limited during high tide. Public access points are nearby if needed, including Beach Access #1 about one mile south, as well as another access point just north of Building 1.
One of the unique features of this property is how close the ocean gets during higher tides, creating a striking and memorable beachfront experience.
Please note that the sandbags that have been placed along parts of the shore to help prevent further erosion. For safety and in compliance with local regulations, walking on them is prohibited.

No smoking inside the condo or on the deck
This is a quiet community, therefore no late night parties or unruly guests
Starter essentials may be provided, such as paper towels, toilet paper, and soap
Beach gear may not be included, though rentals may be available nearby
Checkout Instructions
Checkout is simple and guest friendly.
Before leaving, please:
Wash and put away any dishes used during your stay
Take out the trash
Remove any opened perishable food from the refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and oven
Make sure the stove is turned off
Do a quick check of indoor and outdoor areas for personal belongings
Leave wet, dirty and used towels and linens in the large hanging hamper within the Please make sure there is not excessive sand or hair on the floor
Turn off lights, air conditioning, heating units, and electronics
Leave the parking pass by the guest directory on the wall envelope marked, parking pass
Engage the smartlock by pressing Lock button upon departure
Send a departure message letting us know you’ve departed
Checkout time is no later than 11:00 AM
Other Things to Note
Beach and shoreline conditions may change throughout the year, especially after storms or during higher tides.
In fall and winter, tides may be higher.
If beach access directly in front of the complex is limited, nearby public access points remain available.
Some buildings or stair access points in the community may occasionally be unavailable, but alternate access may still be open.
