Beach Access: Beach Bliss is just a short distance from several nearby public beach accesses. Snapper Street is a short 0.5 walk to Blue Mountain Regional Beach Access or guests can go down to Gulf Place and use Ed Walline Regional Beach Access. At this public beach, there are bathrooms, showers and during the season, lifeguards are present. This beach access has parking onsite (and additional street parking is available). * Wristbands are required to access resort amenities. If lost or missing, a $100 replacement fee per band will be charged to the guest.
* Golf Carts: The community allows golf carts, and there are designated golf cart parking spaces behind the pool, which include charging stations. Please note that golf carts cannot park in regular car parking spots. Golf cart passes are $50 for a week or less.
* VERY IMPORTANT - WE DO NOT ACCEPT WIRE TRANSFERS.

* No Rv's, Trailers, Boat's or Watercraft's allowed to be parked at the property.
* Guest must agree to sign 30A Rental Properties rental agreement within 72 hours of booking.
* Surveillance device on exterior of home.

* Guests may be asked to present their IDs upon arrival or anytime during their stay. Do not rent this unit for another party. The primary renter must be staying in the unit.
