LAGE
„The Journey Begins“ liegt in der bewachten Wohnanlage Cypress Dunes am ruhigen westlichen Ende der 30A, eingebettet zwischen dem Topsail Hill Preserve State Park und dem Golf von Mexiko. Du bist nur wenige Minuten vom Strandzugang, Restaurants, den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten am Grand Boulevard und dem Besten, was die 30A zu bieten hat, entfernt. Das Haus liegt direkt an der 30A, sodass du mit dem Golfwagen legal auf der 30A zu verschiedenen Strandzugängen und Restaurants fahren kannst.

My family had a great time, house was perfect. Loved the neighborhood, very peaceful and great for kids to ride bikes. Host was great, very responsive. House was very clean, kitchen well stocked. The only thing I was not pleased with, you only have access to public beaches.

We love hosting without a management co giving a personal exp! For future guests, our home is located in Cypress Dunes on the quieter west end of 30A near Topsail Hill Preserve State Park. The home does not include deeded private beach access, and we do not advertise it as having private beach access. Many guests choose this location because it sits between two beautiful beach experiences. Topsail Hill Preserve offers miles of white-sand beach, protected dunes, rare coastal dune lakes, trails, tram access, and one of the most peaceful, natural beach settings on 30A. Coastal dune lakes are found in only a few places in the world, including Walton County, Madagascar, Australia, New Zealand, and Oregon, making this area truly special. To the east, the Stallworth and Dune Allen beach areas offer convenient access to wide white-sand beaches, stunning sunsets, and a relaxed atmosphere without the heavier crowds often found in the more commercial 30A communities. We had a wonderful stay! The home and neighborhood were beautiful. The kitchen and bathrooms were fully equipped for a comfortable stay with three children ranging from toddler to teenager. We had two deer that bedded down right across the street from us and my little one loved telling them good night every night. The only thing that was difficult was finding parking at the beach. There is no private beach so you’re at the mercy of the small parking lots. We still managed to enjoy the beach and loved our visit. The hosts were great and we would absolutely stay here again.

The Cypress Dunes neighborhood is a treat for nature with the state park next door! The deer across the street have become some of our favorite “neighbors” too. Seeing them resting there each day is such a unique part of the neighborhood and something so many guests enjoy. We’re also happy you got to take advantage of the golf cart! It provides easy access to four different beach access points, with Topsail and Stallworth being our two closest—and two of the area’s best-kept secrets. They offer beautiful Gulf views and a much more relaxed beach experience without the larger crowds. Thank you again for sharing your experience!

This home is fabulous! The pictures don’t do it justice. The owners have thought of literally everything to ensure your comfort (chargers by every bedside, a coffee station with supplies, plush robes, tons of comfy throw blankets etc). The beach is easy to get to and was blissfully empty despite a crazy spring break week elsewhere. Pool and gym amenities were wonderful as well.

Great Stay, Great Vacay!

Property was as advertised, spacious, clean, well equipped, and close to everything. Golf cart made for extra family adventure cruising 30A. Plenty of wildlife to see from deer to squirrels, to gators. Would stay there again and again!

Staying in Santa Rosa beach

Very lovely home in a nice area. Pool and gym are nice and not too busy. The home owners are amazing people. Definitely an area for a relaxing vacation!

Our family operates over 4 properties in multiple states, with 2 exciting new additions - two treehouse cabins - coming in the summer of 2024 to Gatlinburg TN. We're passionate about hosting and love to make ourselves available to cater to your needs throughout your stay.

Allow us to introduce ourselves: we're a family of three, with a delightful 5-year-old daughter named Caroline. Alongside her, we have three furry companions who keep us super busy.
