Beach Access:  Beach access for Your Happy Place in Seagrove Beach is the Walton Dunes Beach Access on the Beachfront Trail on the east side of Eastern Lake, approximately 0.4 miles (or an 8 minute walk) from the home.

Pool Access: Your Happy Place is right down the road (about 120 feet!) from the Cottages at Eastern Lake Community pool, only a three minute walk!


Relaxation and adventure await at our new (built in 2017) Your Happy Place at Seagrove Beach on 30A; boasting 2,358 square feet and offering accommodations for up to 13 guests in 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.


This quaint hideaway offers the best of the gulf coast, less than a mile from lake Eastern Lake and a secluded Beach Access. The perfect place for a peaceful family getaway, Your Happy Place in Seagrove Beach on 30A will surely be a go-to vacation destination for the family for years to come!

On the first floor, you'll find an open-plan living space with 10 foot ceilings, ideal for entertaining the whole family.  Hang out on the front porch in the morning, or just chill on the back patio.

The Kitchen is fully-equipped and offers plenty of space for preparing Family Dinners!  Plenty of room around the Dining Room Table (seats 6-7) or the Breakfast Bar (seats 4) to accommodate the whole clan comfortably.

The living room is the heart of the home, with plentiful room on the couch to sit around flat-screen TV on those balmy Florida nights.  After a day at the beach, gather the family around for a Family Night!

Named for the thick grove of oak trees lining its coastline, Seagrove Beach is located in the heart of 30A. The coastal villages of Seaside, Grayton, and WaterColor lie within a mile or two to the West, while Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach, and WaterSound lie a few miles East.

30A is a scenic stretch of highway down Florida’s beautiful gulf coast between Destin and Panama City Beach. The highway connects the coastal villages of South Walton through the undisturbed beauty of rare dune lakes, sugar white sand, and emerald blue waters indigenous to the area. No Pets: No pets of any kind are permitted in Your Happy Place. No exceptions will be made. Guests who violate this policy will be charged an additional $500, plus the expense of steam-cleaning and deodorizing. Violations will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of rent.


No Smoking: Smoking in any form (e.g. cigarettes, cigars, “e-cigarettes” or “vapes”) are not permitted in Your Happy Place on Seagrove Beach in 30A. No exceptions will be made. Guests who violate this policy will be charged an additional $500, plus the expense of steam-cleaning and deodorizing. Violations will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of rent.
