Welcome to Sac-Be, managed by North American Standards (Nasplaya). This classic condominium has a private cenote next to the property and is located in Sac-Be Condominiums, on 5th Avenue, one of the most central areas of Playa del Carmen, and very close to the beach, shopping centers and restaurants.



The bedroom has a double bed, closet, and private bathroom. In the center of the unit, it has an extra double bed, wardrobe, and bathroom.



The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, kitchen counter, and dining area for 4 people. Next to the kitchen is a laundry room.



Sac-Be Condominiums are located on the famous 5th Avenue in the most touristy area of Playa del Carmen, surrounded by local commerce. Upon leaving your apartment, you can enjoy the city's tourist attractions and access a wide variety of restaurants and bars where you can have fun with your family.



MONTHLY PRICE:

- Long-term rentals pay electricity (Price per KW between $3 to $8 MXN)

- We require a security deposit of $1,000 USD refundable up to 7 business days.



Early Entry / Late Exit:

- In case of requiring early entry or late exit, these have an additional cost.
