We failed our client on check-in and for that we truly apologize. The arrival instructions were sent in the morning on the day the client was to arrive rather than days before as is the norm and the individual hired to cover rentals during Jean's absence failed to greet the client upon arrival at the condominium complex. Very disappointing for our client and certainly not the welcome we had intended. We want to assure potential renters that this was an unfortunate, isolated incident. It has never happened before and we have taken steps to insure it never happens again. We would also like to clarify several points: The client texted Jean at 9:00 in the evening as he was leaving the airport. When it became apparent he had not accessed his email and, therefore, had not seen the arrival instructions, Jean texted him the access code to his condo. The client called Jean when he arrived at the condominium complex and she subsequently contacted her son Eric who went immediately to the complex to assist him. Eric helped him to his condo, showed him how to access the internet and then took him on a stroll through the neighborhood. The next day he picked up our client and drove him to the grocery store. A courtesy he extended to our client twice during his stay. Secondly, the condos in our complex are located on the second floor and all commercial outlets including Senor Frog's Restaurant are located on the main floor. We make a point of letting clients know that the restaurant is there and, fortunately the music is rarely an issue.
