First of all, you will find a kingsize memory foam mattress on the bed that will give you the best night's rest you can imagine. It has a sofa, a closet, a fully equipped kitchen and you will also have high-speed internet service and a smart TV.

The Space:

Now, let's talk about the exterior of the studio. You will enjoy a private balcony where you can relax and read a good book while enjoying the afternoon sun or having a glass of wine. But if you are looking for a spectacular view, head to the rooftop. There you will find an impressive pool overlooking the Caribbean Sea, comfortable loungers, tables and chairs to enjoy your meals outdoors.

With normal and responsible use, they should not exceed this limit (You can turn on the air conditioners when you are at home, if you go out, turn them off and do not use them with doors and windows open).



The Neighborhood:

From its famous Fifth Avenue, which is a pedestrian street full of shops, restaurants and bars, to its plazas full of music and entertainment, Playa del Carmen is a place full of life and energy.



In the city, you will find a wide variety of activities for all tastes, from water sports and adventure tours, to yoga classes and relaxing massages in luxury spas. In addition, the city is the perfect starting point for exploring the impressive Mayan archaeological sites in the region, such as Tulum and Chichén Itzá.



We are strategically located so that you can do everything on foot and comfortably. 3 blocks from 5th avenue and 4-5 blocks from the sea.



Getting Around:

You probably won't need a vehicle to get around. Most of the tourist attractions, restaurants and shops are within walking distance, so you can easily explore the city on foot.



However, if you want to visit places further afield, there are various transportation options available in the city. Here are some of the most common options:



Car rental: If you want to get to know the Riviera Maya, go to parks or cenotes or nearby cities.



Taxi: Taxis are a convenient and safe option to get around the city. You can find them on any corner and they are relatively cheap. Be sure to ask the price before getting on and agree a price with the driver before you start the trip.



Colectivos: The colectivos are small vans that function as public transportation and travel along the main highway of Playa del Carmen. They are an economical and practical option to move around the city and its surroundings.



Buses: There are several bus companies that connect Playa del Carmen with other nearby cities, such as Cancun and Tulum. Buses are a comfortable and affordable option for longer journeys.



Bicycles: If you like cycling, you can rent a bicycle in one of the many rental shops in the city. Playa del Carmen has an extensive network of bike lanes that connect the main tourist spots in the city.



Other Things to Note:

It is a private study, we do not have our staff working in the building, anything you need please let us know through the application and we will be on the lookout.



The reservation includes cleaning before arrival and after departure, in case you require extra cleaning or change of sheets and towels, they can be added at an additional cost and it is important to request it in advance for availability.
