Perfect place to call home for 6 days! Felt very safe and quiet (except for nearby construction which was of no fault of the host!) and was convenient to walk anywhere. Loved the little private pool for our rest days in between nearby excursions. Would stay here again!

We truly enjoyed the outside area, convenient to shopping, beach and cenotes. We had a chance to meet so many locals and try delicious dishes. Victor was such a gracious host and we really appreciated all the little extras. This was our one year anniversary and it was absolutely fantastic!!

Enjoyed our stay. Small but plenty of room, comfortable bed, good space. The outdoor space was appreciated and used everyday. A plunge pool is a must down here and we utilized this everyday. Location was good and close to everything we needed. Host, Victor was great. We would stay again.

Convenient & Comfortable Residential Stay

We recently completed a nice 10 day stay. Victor is a great host, very informative & helpful. The penthouse is located in a gated residential area within easy walking distance to supermarkets, convenience stores, restaurants & shopping. Interior has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Air conditioning, cable tv & Wi-Fi worked great. We usually prepared brunch there to enjoy on the spacious patio. The small pool is a great place to chill out! We spent most our time there lounging around. There is some large residential construction going on in the area causing noise, but they did seem to start & stop at a reasonable hour. Overall a great place for a nice residential stay.

Loved our 4 night stay here! Victor, the host, was very accommodating and let us check in a bit early and out a bit late. We really appreciated not having to carry our luggage around due to our odd flight times! The rooftop private pool was a perfect oasis to just relax. Inside is a bit outdated, but it had everything we needed and was fantastic rental. Would stay there again.

For the value you could not ask for a better location! The ease of check in/out was very much appreciated and the host was easy to communicate with. 15min walk to the beach convenience stores and restaurants right around the corner, gated community with friendly guards and great air conditioning. Thought the pictures of this property are dated, this property still satisfied our needs.

Quiet Paradise

Overall the listing is spot on, quiet gated community. Small plunge pool that was nice to sun tan by and dip into to cool off. Victor is very responsive and helpful with all our requests. Tons of space to lounge, everything you need to live for however long you want to stay. Few blocks from the beach and the famous 5th Ave. Tons of restaurants, stores and amenities close by. Highly recommend a stay here.
