Great Rental Company!

Although we didn’t get to stay in the house due to unforeseen circumstances (beyond everyone’s control), the rental company acted quickly and got us into an even better house. I would definitely rent from them again.

Property lives up to its Name!

There are many positive attributes that one can use to describe this property. But the best thing about this home is, in fact, the view! We were so happy with the panoramic view looking out the back windows of the home. It is a complete 180 degree view and beyond peaceful. It is nestled in a quiet neighborhood. In addition, the home is clean and well-appointed. There was more than enough room for the 2 other couples and us who stayed there for 4 nights. I would stay there again!

This property was amazing. However, I believe it was downplayed in the description. The property was immaculate, spacious and super comfortable. I as concerned for the lack of air conditioning. But the breeze off the lake was more than enough to keep the living spaces comfortable. The kitchen is spacious and very well appointed. The property is a gem! And a bargain!

It's all about the view.

We were lucky enough to stay at this lovely home during one of the biggest winter storms I have ever experienced. So we were at home a lot! I don't know if there is a house that offers a more spectacular view of the lake. It is truly stunning and makes your time at the house something special. The house itself could use a few simple additions to make it more comfortable (area rugs, extra linens, new pillows) but in all, it was very comfortable. We had a couple issues with the house during our stay and the management company was very responsive. They were able to resolve them in a reasonable amount of time. Overall, if you are coming to Lake Tahoe to enjoy the beauty of the lake, you can't go wrong with this house!

Amazing views & location in North Lake Tahoe

Every year a group of my friends gets together, and this year Tahoe was the destination of choice. As this was the first time in Tahoe for 4 of the 5 of us- wanted to ensure that we had a great location. This house did not disappoint. Just a few minutes from downtown Tahoe City, centrally located (with beach access) this was perfect for a girls weekend away. The layout of the house was nice for the 5 of us- two bedrooms on each side of a the common areas with two & a half baths. The views were simply amazing from the common area & two of the bedrooms. The kitchen was well stocked and had plenty of room to entertain. The only two downsides (and why I give only 4/5 stars) is the lack of A/C and window coverings. Considering it is summer- were surprised that there was no A/C or fans available (leaving the sliding glass doors open was not an option since there were no screens). The style of the house is modern (which was nice) but not being able to close a curtain made for early morning sunrises and risk of exposure to the neighbors. But even these issues aside, would gladly stay here again to enjoy the views the house provides.

Everything it should have been

The pictures don’t do the view and location justice. It is absolutely stunning. One unspoken perk is it is located on a cul-de-sac, and only one house from a huge field of snow. Huge plus for my kids! Just walked next door to play in the snow for hours. Beds were all comfortable, house was immaculate. Great kitchen and bathrooms on both sides of the house was convenient too. There were several comments about the floor and no carpet, however this house has hydronic heating in which the floors heat the house, which was wonderful! Closets were huge, lots of hangers. One of the masters had a very small dresser, so we just used the shelf in the closet. Only one TV in the living room and if you watch during the day you can’t see because of the glare from the beautiful view, so maybe just stare outside instead of at the TV. There’s a ton of light switches for really cool light features. Takes a minute to figure them all out. Only slight negative was the counter space and lighting in the bathroom. Tough for the girls to get ready, but it wasn’t a deal breaker. We would absolutely rent this house again. Management group was extremely organized and great communication. 10/10.

Beautiful views, nice house

As the title states, the views do not disappoint! The house is modern, clean, and fully equipped. The house has a layout which seems to be optimized for renters as there is no master suite with a private bathroom. There is lots of glass to enjoy the views from almost every room, nice furnishings, and beautiful stained concrete floors. The lack of area rugs, window coverings, and other soft furnishings makes for a clean modern appearance, but also results in noise carrying easily throughout the house and echoing, this was an issue for our group for both light and heavy sleepers. All mattresses are could use more comfort according to the guests in our group (expect better at this price) . Lastly, there is an owner unit downstairs which may be occupied while guests are present, I did not discover this until after I booked as the info was a bit buried in the contract. We heard noises and the felt presence of someone, but never saw or heard them. This gave us an uneasy feeling, not good when you’re trying to relax and sleep while on vacation. Everything else was very good, and as an added bonus there is and HOA beach and pier at the lake. Based on this, I give 4/5 stars. The issues we had could all be easily addressed, and then I would give 5/5 stars.

Layout is perfect - open kitchen, dinning and living space w/ 3 huge sliding glass doors. Two "wings" of the house each with a King bed w/ slider and view; Queen bed w/ window; bathroom. Total 2 1/2 baths. Great for couples and families. Kitchen very well stocked. Washer/Dryer. A couple miles south of Tahoe City, so it's a very convenient and central location to enjoy all around the lake and area. Rental came with an HOA access to the lake shore. Nice park with docks, picnic tables, grills and play ground. Hauserman Group employees were very nice and helpful and located right in town. Would definitely rent from them again. We had a perfect Lake Tahoe experience!

The views are truly spectacular from this lovely house. You can tell there was a lot of thought put into this home design from the curved balcony extending from one end of the house to other. The multiple sliding doors, and open floorplan. The inground heating was amazing and so practical and the wood-burning fireplace was so easy to use and provided so much heat. The men loved it of course. Beautiful high ceilings with plenty of light. The beds were super comfie and the kitchen was well stocked with all the appliances and assorted dishware we needed. Very clean! It was great that we could use the garage as we got plenty of snow. An added plus is that they had this bird feeder on the balcony and we so enjoyed watching the many birds come to feed. We are so happy to have found this gem and we will be returning. We can't imagine another house being this great and having this view. We hope it stays available for a long time. Thank you. [p.s. the only thing we would recommend (and others have commented about it too) is the lack of counter space in the bathrooms. Perhaps some shelving might help.]

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The view is as beautiful as described. The location was convenient to Alpine Meadows. We really liked the living room, dining and kitchen ares. The kitchen was organized and well stocked and there was plenty of counter space.The dining table easily accommodated our group. The only improvement to the living room would be to relocate the TV to reduce the glare coming from the huge windows. The light switches were at best confusing. It wasn't until the second day that we found the binder with instructions on how to use the lights. The bathrooms were functional, but could use some more counter space. The bedrooms were disappointing. They were sparsely furnished and the beds were very uncomfortable. In addition the beds were too low and difficult for us older persons to get in and out of. Luggage stands would be nice also. The property advertises parking for four vehicles (2 in garage and 2 in driveway). We had two pickups, neither would fit in the garage and barely fit in the driveway. Only two very small cars would fit in the garage. It would have helped to have some dimensions in the property description so we could have planned our vehicle selection to accommodate the space.

Fantastic house with exceptional view

Home name does not disappoint!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: As expected, the view really was shockingly beautiful. The home was also beautifully appointed and well kept. It felt like we were staying in a thoughtfully designed vacation home rather than somewhere that no one lives. The kitchen was totally stocked including spices, there was wood in the garage (which we needed when we lost power for a day during a snowstorm), and there were extra blankets. We stayed here with one baby and were pleasantly surprised to find a baby gate at the top of the stairs. The concrete floors were a bit of a challenge, though. The owner did come to stay in the basement during our stay and we found out at the last minute. However, we never heard or saw them so it wasn't a problem for us. A recommendation for improvement - add an extra snow shovel to the garage.
