Enjoy this large home which features plenty of space for the entire family/friends to spread out and also large spaces to enjoy together! The updated kitchen is stocked with every item you could ever need for preparing your meals. The living room features a cozy gas fireplace to stay warm by all year long. A second game room is located upstairs for another group or for the kids to gather in. Peace and quiet is available just out the back door with a wrap around deck, ample seating, and hot tub for all.

Commons beach in downtown Tahoe City has a large playground great for kids, grassy lawn, and beach area for relaxing and taking in the sights of the lake and surrounding mountains. Miles of easily accessible paved bike/hiking trails minutes from your front door. Up for some adventure, try the river rafting down the Truckee River. In the Winter months, the closest ski resorts include Granlibakken Resort, Homewood Mountain, Palisades Tahoe, Alpine Meadows, and Northstar.
