This spot is the perfect base camp for all of your North Lake Tahoe activities, with a central location off of Lake Blvd.

The Space:
Enter this beautiful lakeside retreat through the front entryway, which offers a sunny and stylish welcome to your Tahoe oasis. After walking down the front hallway, you’ll encounter the expansive living room, which boasts a leather sectional and a set of chairs that are perfect to lounge on after a long day of mountain or lake fun. Sit back and relax in front of the 55” Samsung Smart TV and play a game on the PS5 while the snow falls outside of the patio doors. For a real treat, head out of the sliding glass doors and get in some of the best lake views of your vacation.

The kitchen and dining areas are located just off of the living room. Not only will you find a beautiful 8-person dining table to eat all of your meals here, there’s also the kitchen packed full of stainless steel appliances, including a blender, kettle, and food processor to use at your convenience to cook your favorite meals.

Each bedroom in the home offers its own amenities. The master bedroom gives guests access to a king-sized bed, for instance, along with a dresser, TV, ample closet space, tasteful Tahoe decor, and amazing views of the lake right out of the windows. There’s also a bathroom located off of the master, with a recently updated shower/tub combo and Jack and Jill vanities so you won’t feel crowded while getting ready. Two of the other guests bedrooms have queen beds, while the last of these is perfect for the kids, with two twin-sized beds to sleep the little ones. In the second full bathroom, you’ll also find a glass-enclosed shower as well as a good-sized vanity.

Hoping to get some laundry done during your stay? You’re in luck, since this condo comes with a washer and dryer combo. This home provides just about anything that you may need, but if you do need to pick anything up, there are several stores located nearby as well.

The Neighborhood:
This rental is centrally-located in a quiet neighborhood in beautiful Tahoe City, just a few moment’s walk away from the shores of Lake Tahoe. All of North Tahoe’s activities are within your reach from this condo, with Palisades Tahoe only a 13-minute drive away and Northstar California Resort a little less than 30 minutes away. There’s plenty of shops and restaurants located nearby as well, with a grocery store just a few steps away and places to eat only a few minutes up the road.

Getting Around:
Getting around Tahoe’s shores couldn’t be easier, whether you decide to rent a car, take public transportation, or use Uber/Lyft rideshare services. This condo is located only a a half-mile away from the closest bus stop, which will take you anywhere you want to go in the Tahoe area.

Other Things to Note:
Please note that, like most homes in the area, this home does not have A/C.

Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.

We are offsite but available when needed. Please message us through the app or booking platform for the quickest response.

• Pets are not allowed
• No parties or events
• Check-in is anytime after 4PM
• 50% of payment is due upfront and the rest of the payment is due (14) days before arrival.
• Booking Fee: We charge an additional, non-refundable fee of 2% of the total payment to cover the cost of booking processing.
• The credit card holder must provide a picture of the back and front of their ID via a secure and encrypted portal upon confirmation for fraud protection.
• Please promptly respond to any inquiries or requests for additional information to ensure the confirmation of your booking; failure to respond in a sufficient manner may lead to cancellation of the reservation.
