This unit features a bright living area with a smart TV, exposed brick, designer décor, and natural light. Guest Access:

**Our Elevator is currently under maintenance and unavailable until end of April 2026**. Enter building through the main entrance on E. 7th St, 24 hour pin access to building and unit come and go as you please.



The Neighborhood:

Welcome to the upper east side of Chattanooga a quiet neighborhood nestled between the courthouse, walkable to theaters, food, and shopping.



Getting Around:

Uber/Lyft are an easy and affordable option. If you want to enjoy a self-tour of the city though, there is a bike/scooter rental on Georgia Ave.



Other Things to Note:

Street parking is available on 7th St, Walnut St and Cherry St.

A 5-story parking deck is also accessible from Cherry St. You can drive up to the third floor of the parking deck for walk out access onto Walnut St. Pay to park is $8 for the day.

Both street and garage parking is free after 6 PM and weekends.
