This eclectic, 3-story townhouse is located right in the heart of the Southside Historic District, making it the perfect starting point for exploring all that Chattanooga has to offer! 5 minute drive to the aquarium, Coolidge Park, Soldiers and Sailors Auditorium, UTC campus, and across the street from the Barrelhouse Ballroom and the Signal! Guests rave about the 3 throwback arcade machines in the game room. The second and third floors have everything you need for a stress-free stay. Fully stocked kitchen with high end appliances.

WALK to almost anything and everything you want to do. I highly encourage reading our reviews to reassure you that this IS the place to book in Chattanooga!

Townhome was clean and well maintained. Walking distance to lots of food. Instructions for the home were clear and not excessive. Hosts were quick amd friendly with communications. Could not have asked for a better experience.

We came to see the lights at Rock City and explore Chattanooga. The home was only 15 minutes from Rock City and we were able to walk the city. Everything was very conveniently close by (grocery store, restaurants, bars). The place was very nice and comfortable for our family of 4.

This is such a cool place with a fun vibe! It was clean, had everything we needed, and was in a great location close to some good restaurants. Communications with the owner were quick and easy and we had a great trip!

We loved this place. The location was great--could walk to many places and a short drive to others. The place was trendy and very clean. we didn't cook in at all but the kitchen seemed pretty stocked and laundry would have been great had we needed it. If you don't like stairs, this would not be the place for you--two tall flights to the bedroom. I didn't mind but keep that in mind if considering.

A rental-only property, it felt like a hotel room with no real charm. It was clean and had a nice kitchen. The book of information on coffee table was helpful. The couch was uncomfortable to sleep on, so moving the mattress to the floor made it better. It was nice having an assigned parking spot in the back. We were sad the Multicade machine was broken, no Galaga tournament for us! This was the main reason we booked there, and we were not notified until the day we arrived. Someone else mentioned a machine was out (in June) in their review but we didn’t know which one. There are a lot of great restaurants nearby, and it’s close to the free downtown shuttle. We’d consider it again if in town.

The location was perfect—walking distance to the convention center, restaurants, and a grocery store. The home was spotless, well equipped (coffee pods were a nice touch), and the balconies on each floor were such a bonus. The kids enjoyed the arcade games, and it’s clear the host truly cares about the guest experience. We’d definitely stay again!

Property was unique, clean, and bed was very comfortable. It is definitely as advertised and in the heart of historic downtown and UTC campus. Loved the balcony views at night! Property is 3 stories, with the bedroom on top, so there are quite a few stairs, but the nightview was worth it. Gameroom was a lot of fun too! It was like walking into your own mini arcade. Great host and communication was prompt and pleasant! Thanks for giving us an awesome base while we moved our student in at UTC!

Had the best time!!

The host was very nice and on top of things when one of the ac units wasnt cooling down the floor. The arcade machines were a great feature so when we just wanted to spend a day inside we could or when we wanted to wind down at night we had that as an option.

Perfect location, well maintained, and super clean spot with a dedicated parking space. We used it as our home base for a long weekend, and enjoyed the game systems, the TVs in every room, the clean and well equipped kitchen, the showers with great pressure and temperature, and thick towels. The weekend we stayed was heat index of 105F outside so we had to keep the blinds all shut to keep it comfortable temperature inside, but that met our expectations. We were happy to be able to bring our small dog with us, and the owners provided a crate for us to keep her in while we were out. We'd stay here again.

My family and I rented this location for a week and we couldn’t have been happier. The townhome was located within walking distance to lots of restaurants, coffee shops, and stores. The place was extremely clean and equipped with all the items you would need if you wanted to stay in and cook. The retro arcades games were enjoyed by my teenage sons! The house manager was great and very quick with communication. I will definitely be suggesting this location to friends and my family and I will be back!

Easy to get to and a great spot in town. There are many restaurants close by that are walking distance. The arcade games are a plus when traveling with kids. Not that the owner can help this, but we visited in the dead of heat in July, and since this property backs up to many restaurants, there was a strong garbage smell outside that was unpleasant. The townhome doesn’t have central air, but rather a wall unit on each floor. In the heat of summer, the units had a hard time keeping up, and subsequently, the top floor unit stopped working one night. The townhome definitely can only sleep 4 people, glad we didn’t have more with us. However, we still had a pleasant stay and the caretaker was responsive.

The place was great & super cute. There are steps 3 flights which I was aware of ahead of time so be prepared for that. The coffee maker is awesome. No bathroom on the main floor sorta is a damper walking up or down to one of the other floors. 1 of the play machines was down, not working & a play console would be SUPER enjoyable for that room.

Perfect comfortable location

This was a great spot in the heart of Southside - walking distance to everything. Had to snap a pic of the mattress it was so comfortable to return to after a weekend of cycling throughout area. I would 100% stay here again !

The unit is exactly like the photos online with lots of thoughtful extras. EXCELLENT! Great neighborhood near restaurants and activities. And off street parking is a huge plus.
