Diese Einheit ist Teil der neu gebauten River Gorge Condos. Die Apartments liegen direkt am Tennessee River. Sie werden die Aussicht auf die Tennessee River Gorge und die umliegenden Berge genießen können! Dies ist der perfekte Ort für einen erholsamen Wochenendausflug! Es gibt auch einen Kajak- / Paddleboardverleih nebenan, River Canyon Adventures! Unsere Mieter können kostenlos mitfahren, solange genügend Material zur Verfügung steht. Trinkgelder sind den Arbeitern jedoch willkommen. Gary wird auch eine kostenlose Ponton-Bootsfahrt anbieten, wenn das Boot verfügbar ist! Wir können auch Last-Minute-Rabatte für alle Jahreszeiten außer Sommer und Ferien anbieten!

Die Wohnung verfügt über alle neuen Küchengeräte. Das Wohnzimmer hat einen 55-Zoll-Smart-TV mit Kabel und WLAN Das Schlafzimmer hat auch einen Smart-TV! Es gibt auch einen Gemeinschaftsgrill, der zur Verfügung steht!

Wenn Sie das Wasser lieben, haben wir einen brandneuen Doppeldecker-Bootssteg! Es ist perfekt zum Angeln, Schwimmen oder Kajaks ins Wasser! Das Dach ist ein großartiger Ort, um sich zu entspannen und die Aussicht und die Sonne zu genießen! Wir vermieten auch ein neues Pontonboot! Das Boot kostet 150 Dollar für einen halben Tag und 250 Dollar für einen ganzen Tag plus Treibstoff.

Unsere Lage ist nur wenige Minuten von großartigen Wanderwegen und anderen Aktivitäten entfernt, wenn Sie die Natur lieben. Prentice Cooper ist nur ein paar Minuten entfernt und Signal Mountain ist nur 10 Minuten entfernt! Beide haben tolle Trails mit Bluff Views! Wir sind auch nur 10 Minuten von der Innenstadt von Chattanooga entfernt. Dort gibt es viele großartige Restaurants, das TN-Aquarium und andere Touristenattraktionen.

This clean condo had updated fixtures and was spacious. We loved seeing the river and hiking on Signal Mountain which was just 10 minutes away. Though the kayak rental is not included, the discount makes it very reasonable; we were quoted $20 for a day.

15th wedding anniversary

This beautiful condo was just the quick anniversary getaway that we needed. Ziplining, rock climbing, happy hemp, and amazing restaurants were on 15 minutes away. The condo is absolutely gorgeous. Waking up the view of the river was so peaceful. I made a big breakfast for us, and we sat on the deck to eat every morning. Check in was easy. The owners were there to help us find the right condo. I would say please list the condo number on the reservation, just in case you aren't there. The kayaks were right next to us. $40 rental for our entire stay. This was by far one of the best, most peaceful, go with the flow trips we've ever taken. Let me know if you're selling one of the condos. I would love to buy one from you, lol. Definitely eat at Scotty's on the river. Their food is divine! Don't keep looking! Get to booking! You won't regret it!

The place was awesome. The only thing missing was a washer and dryer. Overall we loved the place. We did have to leave a day earlier than planned because severe weather knocked the power out. Just an act of nature.

Great place and location. The views were beautiful. We were able to paddle board and enjoy the water. Visited Chattanooga a couple of times and the drive there was short and easy. Everything about the condo was very comfortable. We would definitely stay again.

Beautiful Property

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful place. The scenery was fantastic. The condo was very clean and well laid out. We utilized both air mattresses in the property. One was in good shape, the other didn’t hold air. Even though there was only one bedroom there were plenty of places to put air mattresses to accommodate our family. There were plenty of extra pillows and blankets. We enjoyed the views of the river and utilized the paddle board and kayaks from the rental next door. We enjoyed fishing off the dock and the bank. The upper-level deck on the dock was so relaxing and breath taking. We wished we had more time to stay and explore the river on the pontoon boats. Our check in process was super easy. The location was great, close to restaurants and stores. My only suggestion would be to add a few items to the kitchen, like a wire whisk, a spatula, mixing bowl, and a 9x13 pan. We are really hoping we can get the opportunity to come back!

This property & unit were AMAZING!!! First of all the cleanliness of the unit was impeccable! It had ALL of the creature comforts one might need- plus updated appliances & countertops throughout. Next, the view…Huge windows looking out onto the TN River, & a private dock where you can sit on top & enjoy the view 😍. Now let’s talk about the location!!! Walk right next door & you can rent kayaks @ a really reasonable price!! Want to visit downtown Chattanooga & all it has to offer? Don’t worry about a long drive!! This property is 15-17 minutes away from a plethora of options. Communication with the owner was easy & responses were timely. I really can not say anything negative about this property! My husband & I will be back!!!

Wonderful stay!

Wonderful views, riverfront. Quiet and gated. Condo was very nicely equipped. Stairs are a challenge to get suitcases up, no elevator. Great location with good roads and easy access and close to town and caverns.

Great property with great views and amenities. Gary the property owner was easily accessible and informative, when/if needed. Due to the snow, cold and winds I did not get a chance to take advantage of the deck top nor the pontoon. Definitely a property I would like to visit again.

I've been in real estate for over 30 years. I've done rental properties, flipped houses, and managed commercial real estate properties. I've had this property for 10 years and finally got to build these wonderful condos in 2016. I grew up in the Chattanooga area and use to live in the apartments next door and the house a couple houses over. I've seen the Chattanooga area grow and develop over the years and I'm wanting the River Gorge area to be one of those areas to improve. My wife and I live in one of the units and are son also lives in one of the units.

Imagine waking up and looking out the window and seeing Elder Mountain with the majestic Tennessee River flowing around it. Then going on the porch with a cup of coffee to enjoy the magnificent TN River Gorge and the relaxation you need. The scenery and things to do on the river last through every season of the year. There's fun in the sun during the summer, viewing the colors on the mountains in the fall, the peacefulness and seeing the mountains formations without leaves in the winter, and enjoying just being outside during the spring. There's a fire pit for the cold months and the boat dock has a roof to chill on during the warmer months. We also have a big yard if you want to bring games or play anything outside. My family and I also live at the condos, so if you ever need anything we're not far away. Come enjoy the TN River Gorge!

This is a very unique spot in several different ways. The location feels like you're far away from the city and the rest of society, but in reality you're only 5 minutes away from stores and places to get some food and only 10 minutes from downtown Chatt. Another benefit is our boat dock is one of the most peaceful places to sit on. Try to snag the rocking chair on top and just sit and enjoy the scenery. If it's the summer you can also jump into the water from up top. The last benefit is if you're a nature lover. The scenery is pretty tough to beat with the mountains on both sides of you and a river flowing through them. We are also 20-35 minutes away from different hiking trails that have aerial views of the River Gorge.
