Great place and near everything

This was a great unit and location for our family. It was close to all of the places we were heading to and nicely kept up. A plus was that this was a gated community. The kids had a great time and if we are ever back in the Kissimmee area we would rent this unit again if available. The owner was also great to work with.

Wonderful Stay!

Wonderful Stay! The property is "Beautiful" and impeccably maintained - absolutely no complaints! The Townhouse was spacious for our family of and most importantly the entire first floor was wheelchair accessible. It truly felt like home! The pictures that are presented truly represent the property. And it had everything that we needed for a great week cooking, relaxing, volunteering and of course FUN! I LOVED that was a gated community; there was a short wait at times to get through the gates but this was by NO means a distraction to the other great amenities that this property has to offer. We enjoyed the pool, clubhouse, and the basketball court. Not to mention, this property was a centrally located - not far from everything that we needed including close to the amusement parks. Juan our host, was "Amazing"! Very quick to respond and gave us impeccable instructions for the ease of check in and check out. I highly recommend this property and the HOST! We look forward to more bookings in the future!

Absolutely amazing!

We booked a last minute vacation and found Venetian Bay. This place is absolutely beautiful. Very clean and quiet! Only 20 minutes from Disney. This is a gated community with security. The condo we rented was great! Super clean and within 100 yards from the pool. The owners were very accommodating and a pleasure to deal with. Will definitely stay again without hesitation.

Great place with some room for improvement

Mostly we enjoyed our stay and the accommodations were very nice. The only issues we had with communication were that we were not told we would need to habe trash bags, toilet paper, and cleaning supplies. We all felt if rules like take out trash daily are requested then trashbags should be provided. Also, the gps does not take you to the visitor gate. This was a problem almost the entire stay, and the check in process consistently caused delays getting into the property as they only have one lane for visitor entry. I would also recommend that the owner get better kitchen ware as knives were basically unusable and pans were the opposite of non-stick. Owner was quick to respond to questions so we did not delay in getting the essentials. Property was clean. Did have some issues with outlets that were only half working but I beleive that is not at any fault of the owner.

Location of property was great for us. We needed all the space. Building was clean. Complaints: upstairs bathrooms didn’t have any soap, mattresses on all beds were terrible

Good rental

Everything was as expected and listed. Nice rental, plenty of space for 2 families. Not too close to Disney/Universal but not too far. About a 30-40 minute drive depending on traffic and time of day.

Muy buena ubicación, muy linda casa de 2 pisos, totalmente equipada, muy buen gusto. Guardia las 24hs. Hermoso lugar, la piscina, los jardines, los juegos para niños, todo absolutamente todo. El dueño Juan Miguel, muy atento, y muy servicial al momento de alguna consulta. Lo recomiendo mil veces!!!

Totalmente recomendamos esta propiedad !!! Excelente condominio, con todas los servicios disponibles para que la estadia sea realmente placentera. Disfrutamos una excelente estadia, la casa tiene todas las comodidades. Muy bien equipada y ordenada, valoramos especialmente las dimensiones de las habitaciones y cuartos de baño. Las zonas de uso comun resultan agradables, ambiente tranquilo. La amplia zona de piletas muy bien cuidada, temperatura ideal y relajante el jacuzzi. Muy buena ubicación, con comercios de cercania para provision diaria y facil acceso a los parques .

Amazing, home away from home in Venetian Bay Resort!!!!

This was a great vacation home. I had everything I needed and it was very convenient to stores and shopping malls. Very good location, near to parks, two wonderful stores - Ross Dress for Less and Burlington are walking distance. Crossing the street you will see Walgreens. Wall Mart 24hs, Sam´s Club, Publix, Target, are close as well. Lot of different restaurants are very near. There was plenty to do on property. There was a very nice game room, 4 pools, playgrounds and hot tub, BBQ facilities, a nice sitting area by the lake and more. Security is very strict they don't let just anyone in without proper identification and car documents. The pictures of the home are exactly how it looks. Very roomy for everyone to have their own space when wanted. There is a detail binder that evens specific information about the home. The home is well stock with lines, towels and dish ware. The home was clean with no complaints. WIFI, Cable TV, and National Calling is Provided for Use in the house at No Additional Cost. We highly recommend this property and are very happy and excited to be coming back again next year.

Very nice place to stay

The photos shown are real. The house is big enough and comfortable for 10 people. Linen and towels were clean. Just 15-20 minutes from Disney and 25-30 from Universal. Near supermarkets, mall etc so good location. The owner responds quickly through mail. I really recommend this place!

Somos una familia de 9 integrantes, con cuatro niños, a todos nos fascino la casa, completisima calidad confortable, tal cual nos la habian descripto. El dueño 100% recomendable, amable y confiable, vale la pena ir. Awesome stay

From the moment my family and i stepped into the house we were all struck by how beautiful and homey the place felt. The space was more than enough for my family of ten. George the property manager was more than accommodating to us from the first inital inquiry to the day we checked out. We will highly recommend this place to all of our family and friends and we will most definitely be back next year. Thank you to the wonderful owners who opened up their home to us and made our vacation time even more spectacular than we ever anticipated.
