Great Vacation Home

This was a great vacation home for our family Disney vacation! The unit was really nice, very clean, and everything was as advertised. The layout was great - our 5 adults and 5 kids had plenty of space! All of the included baby accessories were great - although the only thing that would have made it perfect is a baby gate for the stairs! The private hot tub is really nice too! We really liked the community too - the pool, playground, and club house were all very nice! The super Target was really close and very nice! The other shopping was really close and nice too! I would highly recommend it for your next family vacation! We spent some time in the Disney parks, and it wasn't a bad drive at all!

Close to everything. Great Place to stay

We stayed at this property for 9 nights. The floorplan makes great use of the space. The living room, dining room and kitchen are perfect for meals at home. The house is well equipped with linens, dishware and cookware. The house is located between Disney and SeaWorld, so it was convenient to all the theme parks. The access into the complex is secured by a gate. The complex was very quiet. There is a playground for the kids. There was a playstaion and a DVD player which kept the kids occupied in the evenings. Our deposit was returned promptly and all communication was professional. I would not hesitate to rent this property again in the future. A great place to stay! We highly recommend it.

Booked with confirmation. Week later was told the dates were not available. So I changed the dates. Month later, I was told my original dates were available and did I want to change them again. No!. Get to property and find out no amenities were available. Club house, pool, fitness room had been closed for 4 weeks prior to arrival and would be closed at least amother 2 weeks.

If you need lots of beds/baths book it, but dont expect much more

Pros: lots of bedrooms and bathrooms, decent price for off-season, kitchen and laundry in the unit, free parking, close to stores and restaurants Cons: traffic sucks so the ride to Universal is anywhere from 25-45min, sketchy surrounding neighborhood, people fighting in the middle of the night a couple units over, hot tub didn’t work and repair guy wanted us to be there for him to look at it and we had a full itinerary so didn't bother, dryer took 3 cycles to dry, fridge had broken shelves, furniture is all old and worn, parking was very tight so dont bring a huge vehicle and a 3rd one barely fits if they are small Summary-if you need the space of several bedrooms and bathrooms book it, but dont expect high quality. Would i book it again? Eh, maybe.

Great Layout

This house was perfect for our big group. We have five children (ages 16 to 2) and were all very comfortable on the second floor, leaving the main floor bedroom and bathroom for my sister (who can't climb stairs very well). Having 3 bathtubs and showers available was wonderful. The washer/dryer got a lot of use! Everything was in working order. The house is very close to Disney, close to restaurants and to Wal-mart. The kitchen is very well supplied with all of the dishes and tableware you might need. The neighborhood is quiet, which was a bonus. The wii got used a lot after the parks closed--we brought our own controllers (the house has one regular + one numchuck) and games (the house has wii-sports and wii-sports resort). The 5 kids, 2 parents and guest all had a great time and there were no worries with the house at all.

Not kept up!!!!

Where do i start? The dryer took 2 hours to dry clothes, cable boxes had to be resetted every day that took an hour. Some of the ceiling fans only had 1 speed, the seal on the refrigerator is coming off. Must of the pots and pans are flaking off . The ac stopped working but I would say after a day they did put us in a different unit but we were told it broke down due to lack of maintenance. This was one of my worst experiences with a rental place.

Close to Orlando

The condo was clean but a bit shabby and dated, as others have noted. Parking is right at the front door but a bit tight. The view out back is pleasant with the small pond and lots of bird watching! We had a duck nesting on her eggs just off the patio and the chicks hatched a few days before we left! Our primary disappointment was to discover after we arrived that the clubhouse (pool, fitness center, movie theater) was closed for several weeks; for the duration of our planned stay. When we asked for a refund so that we could move to a different property in the area, the owner declined, claiming no responsibility for HOA decisions. Red flag if the HOA at this complex can make decisions and take action - reportedly without informing owners - that can negatively impact the experience of the renters! The key advantage of the property is the proximity to stores, restaurants and all that the Orlando area has to offer. There is a lovely park with walking and biking trails about a mile away. Unfortunately, the neighborhood is not especially walkable with limited sidewalks and a fair amount of traffic. This would be a fine choice if you need a place with 5 bedrooms that is close to the parks.

Spacious But Dingy

Townhouse offers 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with plenty of space for the family. The mattress on the ground floor felt like you were sleeping on a torture chamber. All other mattresses were nice. Place was pretty clean but comforters were a grimy (we didn’t use them) and the couch was pretty dirty (we covered it with a sheet). Hot tub was a nice touch.

Clean and efficient

We rented this property for 5 days for our Disney vacation. It was very clean upon arrival and was perfect for our purposes of having a large, clean house to stay with our small dog. It was very close to the Disney properties and it was a safe, gated neighborhood to come back to and walk our dog in.

Getaway from cold weather

As a family we decided to get away from the cold weather in Michigan for the month of January. This was a perfect location to visit nearby attractions, shopping, and other areas in Florida. We had plenty of room within this rental for our kids to do their online school and my husband to work remotely. Our favorite parts of this rental are the hot tub on the lanai, community pool area, the nearby city park that we were able to walk miles everyday. It was a great getaway!

Very dissatisfied

The house was double booked and we were asked to move to another unit the day before we arrived. I don’t understand how this can happen on VRBO. The unit we were moved to was not clean and we had to change sheets on some beds. The kitchen lacked basic needs, mixing bowls, measuring cups and spoons, large pot, and oven mitts to name a few. The bathroom faucets and valves move in and out of the walls. The bathroom tiles are loose and broken. It seems the bare minimum is done to care for the place. The Internet worked very well!

Perfect location! Wonderful accommodations!

Great place to stay! Very clean! We were there for a week during Mid March when the Coronavirus began to shut everything down so the 10 of us ended up having to stay in a good portion of our vacation. Our accommodations with our hot tub were perfect...the property owner was excellent to work with! We will be staying here again next year!

Could use some TLC

The house itself was clean and the supplied, linens,cook ware and washer and dryer were a nice convenience. The beds were very comfortable and clean. Our reason for booking this particular property was for the hot tub as we have medical issues were the hot tub would have been helpful. However the hot tub was not working and was not clean. After calling the property manager the issue still was not resolved prior to our departure. The living room furniture were very worn and one of the arm chairs were damaged. The strollers we had requested were both broken and unusable. Overall the property was conveniently located and we would probably stay again. The convenience we counted on the most, hot tub and stroller is what we counted on the most.

Spacious,, clean, comfortable, great for families!

Clean, spacious, beds comfortable, great location, close to everything. Easy commute to Theme Parks. Kitchen well stocked with utensils / cooking ware, dishes / pots & pans. Only one glitch w/ hot tub as not ready on first day, however, this was taken care of as soon as we called Management. Hence, we were able to enjoy the tub on cloudy / rainy days. (Felt really good and relaxing!) Would definitely recommend : )
