GUEST ACCESS

• You will have access to the entire home and yard! The home sits on a large wooded lot and is beautifully landscaped making it great for relaxing and enjoying the peace and quiet. Enjoy the charcoal grill out back, stare at the firepit or stay inside and experience the theatre!

• We have a 3 car garage but one of them is setup with a ping pong table so we'd ask you not to park more than 2 vehicles in the garage.

• The driveway can accommodate another 2-3 vehicles comfortably.

• The garage is also great for ample bike storage!

• We don’t live on site but we love hosting and want to ensure you’re comfortable and enjoying your time at our home. Reach out anytime with questions or needs!


LOCATION:

• We're located in a quiet rural area with a few other homes located nearby.

• We're a quick 10 minute drive to Downtown Bentonville.

• The home is located near a few other homes that have several cats. These sweet kitties are very friendly and will not hurt you but they would love a little attention if you'd like to love on them a bit.


OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE:

• We provide the initial toiletry items for kitchen, bathroom and laundry. Additional supplies will be the guests' responsibility.

• The charcoal grill is provided but guests will need to bring their own charcoal & lighter fluid.

• All of our TVs are smart TVs and setup for you to stream from your own accounts.

• Guests may see some wildlife or insects during your stay — this is common for properties in natural, wooded, or lakeside areas.

• Please respect our neighbors who live here full time and observe our quiets hours between 10pm-8am, 7 days a week
