Renoviertes Häuschen in Gehweite des Bentonville Square

2018 haben wir unser kleines Gästehaus renoviert, von dem aus die Innenstadt, die Compton Gardens und die Crystal Bridges zu Fuß erreichbar sind. Dieses kleine und urige Häuschen ist unser Gästehaus in einer perfekten kleinen Stadtstraße. Das vordere Schlafzimmer wurde aufgewertet, und das hintere Schlafzimmer wurde zu einem Master-Bad umgebaut, mit einer neuen Dusche und einer renovierten 100 Jahre alten Klauenwanne. Dieses Haus wird zwei im Hauptschlafzimmer schlafen. Diese neue Renovierung hat einen Tank-low-Boiler und gestapelte Waschmaschine und Trockner. Eigentum umfasst WIFI und NETFLIX. Genießen Sie morgens Ihre Tasse Kaffee in der originalen Küchenecke dieses komfortablen kleinen Mietobjekts. Es tut uns leid, aber in dieser Unterkunft sind keine Haustiere erlaubt.

This cottage was super charming and the owners had provided thoughtful touches in every room! The bed was fluffy and comfortable. The location was wonderful for us. We walked to dinners and museums and bicycled from the house. This was a perfect place to call home in an idyllic town.

Quintessential charm and ideal location! The cottage was very tastefully decorated blending antiques with modern function. Overall very clean with great smelling bedding and towels. My husband’s favorite was the excellent shower water pressure. I loved having coffee on the patio watching birds and squirrels in the peaceful backyard. Can’t wait to visit again!

What a beautiful home shared be generous hosts!! My husband and I stayed at Mockingbird Cottage for a long weekend to celebrate our anniversary. It was more than we typically spend, but I couldn’t rust after seeing the photos and reading all of the reviews. Your stay at Mockingbird Cottage is worth every penny! Our wintery trip was magical because of the cottage. You can feel the love and care poured into the space, plus the wonderful event and food recommendations show off Bentonville. We will certainly return to Bentonville and Mockingbird Cottage in the future

It felt like home. A well-appointed cottage with classic decor, nice touches like bottled water, Ghirardello chocolates, super comfortable king size bed, lovely backyard with songbirds, relaxing front yard with swing, quiet neighborhood, and an easy/short walk to town. My wife and I invested in downtown in 2012 as we began our LLC Downtown Bentonviille Cottages. We established our rental business when there were only a few rental options in the area. Since that time we changed our business model on the existing rentals, and have now opened this new little cottage. We understand what you want when you travel and plan ahead of needs. We didn't just open a room or house for rent, but have been in the business and learned over time what guests need. You will enjoy this little place, it's very special.

As our guest you can walk directly East in side streets and in three small town blocks you are at the entrance of Compton Gardens. Head south three blocks and you are at a Walmart for groceries and the downtown square. Enjoy walking to Farmer's Market on Saturday mornings and now Wednesday evenings. All of downtown restaurants are also in walking distance to the Little House.
