Our Happy Place

Great for friends, families, bikers or golfers! Sleeps up to 6 people in beds plus a sleeper sofa.
Spectacular lake front home with pristine views of Arkansas's natural limestone bluffs. Lake Ann is the perfect lake for relaxing. Small enough to feel safe but large enough to enjoy water sports. You will enjoy two spacious living areas, both with floor to ceiling views of the lake in this two-story 3400 sq ft home.

The upstairs living area provides a relaxing open floor plan to visit with friends and family while cooking, dining, watching the 65" LED smart tv or just sitting on the balcony taking in the beauty. Both large upstairs bedrooms have a king sized bed with additional seating. The master bedroom has a private balcony and bath.

Downstairs has a living area, bunk room that sleeps 6, pull out queen sectional, bedroom with a king bed and twin/double bunk bed, full bath and a partial kitchen with a full-sized refrigerator. Enjoy the pool table and dartboard while watching the 75" LED Smart TV, watching movies from a library of over 100 on the blu-ray dvd player, play games/puzzles on the game table or relax on the electric sofa while taking in the fun!

Available for use: 4 kayaks, paddleboard, fishing chair, bikes, lifejackets, playpen.

Activities close by include Bella Vista golf courses, fishing, boating, swimming, tennis/pickleball and an 18 hole disc golf course. You can road bike all the way to Fayetteville on the Razorback Greenway or mountain bike over 100 miles of Land of Oz trails, starting with the Back 40 trailhead just yards from this home!

Nearby are well known attractions like the world famous Crystal Bridges Art Museum, Amazeum, Bentonville Square that hosts a splash park in the summer and ice skating rink in the winter, the Walmart AMP, Top Golf, Eureka Springs, Branson's shopping and entertainment like the Sight & Sound Theater; Silver Dollar City amusement park, Table Rock and Beaver lakes, Mildred B Cooper Memorial Chapel and Pea Ridge Civil War battlefield.

Lake house

We stayed at this lake house for a birthday weekend, celebrating two birthdays in our group, and it was everything we hoped for and more. The view of the lake was absolutely stunning—sunrises and sunsets were unforgettable. The house was cozy, well-stocked, and had plenty of entertainment. We enjoyed friendly rounds of pool and darts, spent time kayaking, and did a bit of fishing right off the dock.One of our favorite features was the lovely firepit nestled into the hillside by the water—it was the perfect spot to wind down in the evenings, roast marshmallows, and take in the peaceful lake atmosphere.Jackie Gain was incredibly accommodating and made the entire rental process smooth and stress-free. She was responsive, thoughtful, and truly went out of her way to make our stay enjoyable.Overall, it’s a beautiful place to relax, celebrate, and make memories. Highly recommend!

Peaceful lakeside house

The house and owners were amazing. It was beautiful and peaceful. The back40 trail head was right down the block and an easy walk to get to. The Bentonville and Coher trails were less than 20 min car ride away. It’s no wonder this area is called the MTB capital of the US. The lake was beautiful and calm. I highly recommend

Beautiful views from every window

This is my new favorite vacation place - absolutely beautiful location with plenty of space for everyone, inside and out! Comfortable beds and surprisingly quiet. Plenty of seating for meals and relaxing, we used the deck a lot. Accessing the dock was not too difficult, although we had to be careful entering the water. Swimming and kayaking was a lot of fun, and we even caught fish from the dock. Our week was perfect except that Covid prevented our daughter and son-in-law from joining us. Thanks for sharing your Happy Place!

Home away from home-only better!

We came for our son’s wedding and it could not have worked out better. There was space for everyone and even a toy closet for the littles. The dock with the lily’s was a delight. The kitchen had everything we needed. I couldn’t have asked for more!

Very Relaxing and Fun

Great fit for our family, ages 9-64. Our favorite was to hang out in this spacious comfy property, with plenty to do. Peaceful and beautiful location! Great variety of water toys provided, easy lakefront access, tons of biking trails. We’d love to stay again!

Perfect stay in Bella Vista

Great stay in Bella Vista. We kayaked the entire lake and decided THIS was the best house/location on Lake Ann hands-down. Perfectly done to blend in with the surrounding landscape and beauty- just right for a relaxing slow-lake/hiking/nature getaway while still close to amenities, shopping, all that NWA has to offer. The house has everyting you need and then some! Don't hesitate to book.

We had a wedding party of 12. Age 10 to 65. The entire house hasca layout that really accommodates everyone. Multiple solo areas. Drinking coffee andb ooking out at that view was so calming. We loved it. The host are precious. Kind. Thoughfulness in the details of the home as well.

Nice property that is fully loaded with everything you need. Good for groups but is very close to next door neighbors. So, if you have conversations on the patio be understanding that it could cause the neighbors to complain if you talk to loud. Great view of the lake and very comfortable.

Quality family time

Great family get together. Good memories made. The owners have everything you need for a lake visits including beach towels and fishing gear. Plenty of lake toys. House was very roomy and well stocked. Beds were comfortable and the lake few was amazing. Would definitely recommend and will probably be back.

Birthday Weekend

I got together at this property with a bunch of friends for my 30th. We planned to float the Elk River but the water was too low. Luckily for us, this property had everything we needed to keep up entertained throughout the trip. Gorgeous views. Anything you could want on the private dock. Spacious rooms. Full kitchen with appliances. And lots of room to sit around and visit with one another. 10/10

Family vacation

July 2023 Our family of 15 enjoyed the stay in the Lake Ann house so much they all want to do it again. We found everything very clean and well organized. People kept saying wow the owners have thought of everything. They were right everything we need for day to day living, entertainment and fun were right at our fingertips. The parking space in the garage and driveway was so generous and accommodated our 6 vehicles just fine. The view and setting on the lake was breathtaking. The rock steps going down to the lake were challenging for the senior members but the sturdy hand rails really helped.
