Das Farm House On Beaver Lake ist ĂŒber 100 Jahre alt und wurde 2014 aktualisiert. Wir haben moderne Annehmlichkeiten hinzugefĂŒgt und dabei den Charme des Bauernhauslebens bewahrt. einschließlich orginial umgeformtes Holz und Shiplap. Auf dem GrundstĂŒck gibt es eine alte Scheune, die ĂŒber 100 Jahre alt ist, und es gibt 20 Hektar mit gemĂ€hten Naturpfaden fĂŒr Ihren Genuss. All dies befindet sich am Ende einer Gasse auf Privatbesitz und befindet sich direkt am Ufer mit einem 180-Grad-Blick auf den See. Es ist herrlich!

Das Farm House verfĂŒgt ĂŒber eine große ĂŒberdachte Veranda auf der Vorderseite des Hauses mit einem atemberaubenden Blick auf den See und die Scheune. Das Wohnzimmer verfĂŒgt ĂŒber einen 48-Zoll-Flachbildschirm mit OzarkGo-Kabel und WLAN sowie einen DVR. Der Esstisch bietet bequem Platz fĂŒr 8; und es gibt zusĂ€tzliche Tische, StĂŒhle und TV-Tabletts. Die KĂŒche verfĂŒgt ĂŒber einen Gasherd mit 6 Brennern und EdelstahlgerĂ€te. Es ist voll mit Töpfen und Pfannen, GlĂ€sern, Geschirr usw. bestĂŒckt. Die WaschkĂŒche hat Waschmaschine und Trockner in voller GrĂ¶ĂŸe und bietet Ablagemöglichkeiten fĂŒr den Abstellraum. Sie fĂŒhrt zum Hinterhof. Es gibt fĂŒnf (5) Schlafzimmer, jedes mit seiner eigenen Persönlichkeit. Eins ist unten und vier sind oben. Jedes Schlafzimmer hat ein französisches Bett. Eines beinhaltet auch ein Kinderbett und das andere auch eine Doppelkoje. Es gibt zwei (2) Badezimmer; eine auf jeder Etage.

Im Freien befinden sich ein Picknicktisch, ein Gasgrill, eine Feuerstelle mit 8 StĂŒhlen, Reifenschaukeln, eine Schaukel und zwei 2-Personen-Kajaks. Bringen Sie Ihre Schwimmwesten mit. Sie sind erforderlich, wenn Sie mit dem Kajak fahren.

Wir haben auch VIELE Wildnis ~ Die geposteten Fotos wurden alle von mir oder meinem Mann auf dem GrundstĂŒck aufgenommen.

Die KĂŒste ist ein leichter Spaziergang, bei dem Sie ohne steile Abfahrten sicher schwimmen können. Wir haben kein Bootssteg, aber der Yachthafen von Hickory Creek ist nur 9 km entfernt. Wir befinden uns am sĂŒdlichen Ende des Sees gegenĂŒber von Punkt 12, wo der White River und der War Eagle River zusammenfließen. Dieser Bereich des Sees ist VIEL ruhiger als der Bereich nördlich von uns.

Die Lage ist großartig. Das Anwesen befindet sich am Ende der Gasse und Sie hören nur die GerĂ€usche der Natur und der Boote, aber Sie sind nur 30 Minuten von einigen der berĂŒhmtesten SehenswĂŒrdigkeiten in NWA entfernt.

Our family loved staying at the Farm House over Thanksgiving weekend. It has a warm and cozy feel and was just perfect for three generations of family time. Everything we needed was provided and we especially enjoyed the firepit. Lucinda’s communication was excellent and she was so sweet. She wanted to make sure that if we had any issues we could reach out - we did not have any issues. Our stay was in late November so we didn’t get to enjoy all the amenities this property offers, but it was sooooo peaceful that I would encourage a visit anytime of year. Our family plans to return. Thank you!!!

We were welcomed with homemade cake! This was a perfect spot for our group of friends to come up and ride some of the best roads in Arkansas. It's a stunning location, with so many little areas to sit and visit and watch the wildlife. It's such a precious old home, lots of history they share it's story. Comfortable seating, inside and out. Great kitchen if you plan to cook while you are there. I hope I can bring my family back, grands will love the wide open grass and tire swings.

We stayed at the Farmhouse for a family reunion. Absolutely ideal. It’s the most unique rental property I’ve ever stayed at. The house sits on 20 acres of lake shore privacy. Excellent for yard games, swimming, kayaking, and relaxing by the well appointed firepit. The house easily accommodates 10 people. We saw wildlife every night including herds of deer. I cannot recommend this property high enough for a large group gathering. We rented a pontoon boat from Prairie Creek marina, and that was a wonderful experience as well. It was so fun cruising around Beaver Lake for the day. Finally, the owner was so easy to work with. She surprised us with a homemade cake upon our arrival. Very nice touch.

We loved staying here at the Farmhouse. Everything was perfect. It was quaint, charming and so inviting. The house has a great “story” and each room was decorated so cute. Quiet spot with lots to do!

This was a great end of summer vacation for our family! Our party had 8 guests with 4 kids ranging from 11 months to 6 years. We had everything we needed with room to spare. Lake access was great and we prepared most meals in the kitchen. The house is on a beautiful piece of land and the kids really enjoyed the deer and an armadillo that frequented the property. Owner responded quickly with questions and even left us an apple cake at checkin! Everything was clean and as described. Would stay again, great hosts.

absolute perfection

Perfect get away for my family! You need to be okay with quiet-no road noise, no sirens which is what my husband and I grew up with and therefore regenerates us. Two of our "adult" kids (19 and 20) enjoyed the morning walks and sneaking up on the armadillo each day. We took a raft and tied off to an old tree and just floated. The kayaks provided an additional workout to off set the home cooking we did on that awesome stove. Everyone mentions the apple cake. I will definitely try to replicate it this fall. One of our kids is moving to the area so, Lucinda, don't be surprised if we are back--only with more extended family.

Perfect Lake House

This is our second time to stay in this wonderful house. We like it so much, We’ve already booked for next year. The hosts are wonderful, and we feel like we are family, they treat us so well. The house is very well stocked with everything a family would need. The entry into the lake is very shallow, perfect for the children. Relaxing on the front porch in the rocking chairs, morning and evening is very tranquil, the perfect vacation.

Thank you so much for a really wonderful vacation stay. Your farmhouse is so quaint, comfortable and welcoming....and the setting so gorgeous and peaceful! We truly felt like we we were stepping into another reality far, far away from the normal hustle, bustle of life. Perfect atmosphere for rest, relaxation, and family fun. We loved exploring the property, watching the deer roam the water's edge, playing cornhole, frisbee, and tossing the football around on the HUGE lawn. We prepared every meal during or stay (we love cooking together) and found the kitchen fully equipped with all we needed. We enjoyed dessert of Lucinda's spectacular apple cake or smores at the firepit every evening. Beds were very comfortable and bathrooms clean well provisioned. The location, accommodations, and activities exceeded our expectations and we will definitely visit again! Thank you, Wallers, for your exceptional hospitality!

What a haven for family, friends, and wildlife!

This property was truly a portal to wonder and relaxation. The lovingly restored farm house, stunning lakefront setting, and mostly the thoughtful and kind hosts made this our favorite getaway yet. We were greeted with a gift of homemade apple cake (recipe shared), then later by five deer and a multitude of rabbits in the yard. On our last day our host texted to let us know there were bald eagles catching a morning snack at the water’s edge. Just wonderful!

This place is absolutely beautiful. I can tell the owners take pride to keep up the house and the view. This is a pretty piece of land with some cool history. I recommend for a large group. We had 8 family members stay and still had extra room to spread out.

Wish I was Still there!

First, you should know I rated everything a 5 because no HIGHER rating is possible. The host is fabulous. She baked us a fresh apple bundt cake for heaven's sake and had it waiting for us in the kitchen. Who DOES that?! The house is everything you see in the post and more. The whole place was ... well, you just imagine ... a long walk along the lakeshore, a deer walking with you not 10 yards away, a light breeze as you sip your morning coffee in a rocking chair on the screened-in porch, later cooking a full meal in a well-stocked kitchen and enjoy it together around the large dining table. We didn't have time to use the extra large firepit or hike the many trails on the property (but the bug spray was right by the back door if we needed it). Our group of four went for a work retreat and it was the perfect balance of room to work and time to chill. We CANNOT WAIT to go back. Seriously, rent this place and thank me later. It's exactly the kind of place and the caliber of hosts VRBO and similar platforms were created for.

Little slice of paradise

First of all, pictures do not do this place justice you've got to come see it person to truly appreciate how beautiful and charming the Farm House is. The owners have done an incredible job keeping the history alive and it shows in every detail inside and out. Lucinda is such a sweet host and welcomed us with a delicious homemade apple cake. The kids loved all the swings around the house and the firepit was lovely in the evenings while also having a front row seat to watch the sunset over the lake. You will NOT be disappointed.

Wonderful Escape from the Hustle and Bustle of the City & Daily Life!

Staying at the Farmhouse was pure escape. From the drive up the tree-lined backroad, thru the gate, and on to the property we all felt a huge exhale of relief and peace. Actual quotes from the grandkids were "This really is JUST LIKE HEAVEN!" and "I can't stop RUNNING!!" The authenticity of the 100+-year-old farmhouse was quaint yet totally accommodating for our family of 4 generations ages 4-84. We were graced with a beautiful thunderstorm through one of our nights, and we just couldn't help ourselves but lay in our bed listening to the fall of the drops on the metal roof. It was delightful. The creaking of the wood floors, all the views through the windows, the big welcoming dining table... OH, and the delicious homemade apple cake that the host gifted us upon arrival! It was like we traveled back in time to my grandmother's house, yet here we were with the next generations! This was likely my mother's last real trip as her 84 years are beginning to make travel a challenge. I am so grateful for The Farmhouse and the memories it gave her and us together. The host, the house, the beautiful setting - I can't say enough about this precious place. Granddaughter was right... "It REALLY IS just like heaven!"

Absolutely wonderful!

The apple cake was such a big hit and the attentiveness of property owners was great. We so enjoyed the trails, swings, waters edge, and big beautiful yard. We almost never stopped playing. Thank you so much for sharing!!

Awesome Lake Getaway

If you’re looking for a great place to entertain family and relax, this is it. plenty no of space for several to sleep comfortably and the property is perfect for outdoor games and fun with family and friends. The lake is amazing and the views of wildlife are amazing. I’d recommend this stay to anyone looking for a quiet place to relax and unwind. The property owners are great and very responsive. Just an overall great experience.

My name is Lucinda. My husband, DJ and I wanted to move to NWA to be near our kids/grandchildren. Our son and his family live in Bentonville, and our daughter and her family live in Fayetteville. We had no idea how much we would love the area ~ can not imagine living any where else. We live across the creek from The Farm House. So if you have any needs while being our guests we are close enough to accommodate, if possible; but far enough away that you will have your privacy.

When we saw this property it was love at first sight. It had been abandoned for over 20 years and needed a lot of love; nature had taken her back and trespassers had abused her. We cleaned and cleared. Almost everyone told us we should tear down The Farm House, but we just couldn’t. So we worked tirelessly and updated The Farm House with modern amenities while keeping the farm house charm. This is my happy place.

The property is close enough to town, but feels like you are far away from the hustle of life. It sits at the end of the lane with no other houses near by (we live across the creek from The Farm House). The views are unobstructed and the sunrises are amazing. The only thing we hear are the sounds of nature, an occasional airplane, and an occasional boat. There is wildlife in abundance; deer, coyotes, a bobcat, roadrunners, geese, eagles, etc. It is heavenly.
