Unsere Wohnung am Meer im zweiten Stock hat die beste Lage in der Anlage.

Diese Eckeinheit (A223) sorgt für viel Licht und frische Luft. Sie können die Krabbenkutter beobachten und den Wellen lauschen, während Sie Ihren Morgenkaffee auf dem Balkon trinken.

Links sehen Sie unseren Pool, den größten der Insel. Es ist nah genug, um nur ein paar Schritte entfernt zu sein, aber weit genug, um sich viel Ruhe und Frieden zu leisten.

Unsere komplett aktualisierte Wohnung bietet Platz für bis zu 6 Personen. Es gibt ein Queen-Size-Bett im Schlafzimmer, ein Queen-Size-Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer und Etagenbetten im Flur. Neue Böden im Jahr 2019 hinzugefügt, zusammen mit einer Küche mit allem, was Sie brauchen.

Das Resort verfügt über ein Kinderbecken und einen Spielplatz und liegt am schönsten Strand der Insel. Es ist sicher und breit und ideal zum Flanieren, Schwimmen, Radfahren oder einfach nur zum Sonnenbaden.

Die Unterkunft verfügt über 10 beleuchtete Tennisplätze mit einem Pro-Shop und Personal sowie einen Verleih von Fahrrädern, Schlittschuhen, Liegestühlen und Sonnenschirmen (in der Saison). Vor Ort gibt es auch einen Supermarkt und ein Minigolf-Fun-Center, das bequem zu Fuß erreichbar ist.

Wenn Sie gerne essen, aber keine Lust zum Kochen haben, ist die Gatorz Sports Bar & Pizza genau das Richtige für Sie. Am Pool gibt es die Jamaca Joe'z Beach Bar sowie Jamaica Mon'z Ice Cream und Snow Conz.

Unsere Wohnung verfügt über Kabel-TV und einen DVD-Player. Natürlich gibt es auch kostenloses WLAN, falls Sie mit der Außenwelt in Verbindung bleiben möchten!

Amazing place!!

The location of this condo was convenient to the beach and both pools. The view from the oceanfront balcony was perfect. While some area could use updating, it had everything we needed for a perfect vacation. Communication with the owners was very quick. We would defiantly stay here again.

Great Stay

Everything was simple, with fantastic beach access. Everything was clean and well-furnished. My only suggestion might be to bring a fan for the bedroom, as air didn't seem to circulate as well in there, which made it a little warmer. Even with that small issue, we had a wonderful stay.

Great Refurbed Updated Condo

This condo has recently been refurbed and updated. The owners did a great job. The colors and décor are very pleasing and relaxing. This is conveniently located to restaurants, grocery stores and shopping. The unit has a large screen smart TV. The Internet speed is very fast at about 300 Mbps. This is a direct oceanfront unit with a great view. The unit was clean.

Best Location By Far!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The hosts were gracious enough to answer all questions prior to our stay and made the check in and stay as seamless as possible. We enjoyed the location of this unit, as the walk to the beach was short and the views from the balcony were amazing! We loved the property amenities such as the restaurants and bars! Everything is at your fingertips at this location. It is away from all the hustle and bustle, but close enough if you want to go shopping, out to eat, grocery store, etc. The place was VERY clean and thoughtfully decorated! Beds were comfy and renovations were welcoming! We had a great time and will definitely be returning in the future!

The condo is as advertised but I didnt understand that it was a “smoking” property. When you sit on the couch all you can smell is cigarettes. Otherwise it is a great place on the beach with a wonderful view from the deck.

Absolutely Perfect!!!

We stayed for 7 days and it was just as described. You can see the ocean perfectly. The condo had everything we needed including beach toys, chairs, and a cooler which made it so much easier. We've stayed at a lot of condos and it's such a pain when you have to buy chairs and toys and then figure out what to do with them after, especially when you fly in. We were pleasently surprised by that. And we love that you actually had a full ocean view. A lot of places say "ocean view" and you may see a part or a small piece but this place is a full ocean view. The owners were wonderful. We didnt have a single issue but they immediately sent me phone numbers when we booked it to reach them at. I would absolutely stay here again. We could not have been more happy!!

Great Condo, great value

We really enjoyed our stay in your condo last week. It was our first time in Hilton head, and we had a blast. I have not been on too many vacations in the past, but wherever I do go, I prefer to stay ocean front. I was slightly apprehensive at first, because there weren't many pictures of the actual view from the condo, and from the pictures online it looks like a far walk to the beach. This was NOT the case. It was a very short walk to the beach, and had an incredible ocean front view. We even saw dolphins from the balcony. The condo had everything we needed, even salt and pepper shakers and ice in the freezer. The owner was very fast to respond to any questions I had, and was very friendly. She even offered to personally bring over an iron and beach chairs if they weren't in the condo when we arrived, but they were already there! Thank you so much, we would love to come back in the future.

We are a family of 4 with 2 young children that enjoys this beautiful condo every year without fail. Hilton Head was a big part of growing up for me, with my family buying one of the first units in 1981. Since then, we have enjoyed it for Family Reunions, vacations and even our wedding and honeymoon.

My parents purchased this unit due to the view and proximity to the beach. Unlike many of the East Coast beaches, once you are at our condo, there is no need to spend your time driving to the beach, parking and feeding the meter every couple of hours. Just leave the condo, go downstairs and walk over the dunes! Hilton Head has grown over the years, but has never lost the Southern Charm. We found the flashing neon signs of other beaches replaced with Spanish Moss hanging off the gigantic Live Oaks.

Many of the family memories we have revolve around our time spent on HHI. My wife and I have also gone down on our own, on-season and off without the kids. The island presents world-class golf, shopping and of course, some of the best cuisine in the world. Whether you're there to spend time with family, golf, or simply to fall in love all over again, this beautiful condo is the perfect spot for you. The Beach and Tennis Resort is quiet and safe. Take advantage the huge beach during the day and then at night, enjoy the beautiful dark night sky while taking long walks down the beach. Activities such as Dolphin Cruises, Kayaking, golf and fishing are only minutes away. So whether you enjoy and active vacation, or you are just hoping to spend some time in the surf relaxing, Hilton Head offers everything you could hope for.
