Guest access
Guests will enjoy full access to the entire property, including the private backyard and pool area. The front door features a smart lock — you’ll receive a unique access code before check-in (no physical key needed). The code activates at your check-in time and automatically deactivates after check-out for your security.

Safety Devices
Smoke detectors in every bedroom & common area + carbon monoxide detector. First aid kit under the guest bathroom sink. Fire extinguisher in the kitchen (right of the stove).

Cameras + Noise Monitor
Exterior Blink cameras: above the garage (driveway/front yard) and near the backyard patio (pool area). Blink video doorbell at the front door. Exterior-only—never inside the home.
Minut noise monitor inside measures sound levels only (no audio/video recording) to help maintain quiet hours.

Security System (No Recording)
AAA alarm system with motion sensors in the living & family rooms. These are standard security sensors and do not record video or audio. The alarm is disarmed during guest stays.

Scheduled Services
Pool service: typically Friday mornings. Landscaping: bi-weekly (usually Mon/Tue) via the side gate. Crews are quick and unobtrusive.

Trash & Recycling
Trash: Monday (black bin). Recycling: Friday (pink bin). If your stay includes Thu or Sun night, we’d appreciate help rolling bins to the curb—thank you!
