Welcome to Cambridge. A 1,914 square foot home with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, situated near El Dorado Park, the Diamondbacks Spring Training park, Talking Stick Casino, and many golf courses. This newly remodeled ranch-style home features an expansive kitchen island with enough room for the chef of your group. This home has amazing opportunities to make memories that will last a lifetime.

Living Space

From the kitchen, you can see out to the covered patio and backyard with the pool so you can stay in the loop with the outdoor activities. The master bathroom boasts a beautiful shower so you can relax after 18 holes or a hike. Soak up the Arizona sun in the backyard and refresh in the pool or hot tub. Challenge each other in foosball, corn hole, and shuffleboard for amazing memories!

No Pets Allowed
Pool heat is optional and an additional $150.00 + tax daily.
Must let Host know at least 3 days in advance.
Note: once a guest is checked into the property we may not be able to turn on the pool heater or heat to desired temperatures, your planning is key.

Unauthorized late check-out will incur a penalty of $150 + tax

Home Rules
Quiet hours 9 pm-9 am.
Vendors have access to the homes on their scheduled day. Service days have the possibility of changing.
A laundry bag will be dropped off 1-2 days prior to departure. No need to worry, please leave it where it has been placed.
This rental property is not used for Nuisance Parties or Unlawful Gatherings. 6 adult maximum plus their dependent children are allowed at the property.
For your safety and security, there may be public-facing cameras installed on the property.

We do our best to ensure guests have a 5-star experience. Guests will be provided with a start-up supply of household items such as laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, etc so that upon check-in you do not need to run to the store. We do not provide salt, pepper, oils, and spices. If you are staying longer than a few days you will need to purchase these items. Thank you!

Important Note: We want you to enjoy your stay to the fullest, Please be aware amenities may break or not work during your stay and we ll do our best to accommodate you. May an amenity not work or fail during your stay we will do our best to make it right, and we can refund up to 10% of the affected nights to make it right. You have to let us know at the time of notice so we can do our best to remedy the situation.

Please note our policy for items left behind:
We are happy to help return items left behind; however, due to logistics and the time required for our team to retrieve and drop off packages, a $25 handling fee plus the cost of shipping will be applied to any items sent back. We'd much rather you have your belongings with you! Thank you for doing a final "sweep" of the home before you depart.
