Looking for the perfect place to slow down, reconnect, and create unforgettable memories? Welcome to our 4,200 sq ft lakefront home on the peaceful north end of Lake Norman — a true escape for families and friends.

With 6 large bedrooms, 4 full baths, and room to comfortably sleep up to 13 guests, there’s space for everyone to relax, laugh, and enjoy quality time together.

Start your mornings with coffee on the screened-in porch, paddle around the quiet cove in our kayaks, or catch a sunset from the spacious deck. Spend lazy afternoons on the swimming dock or storing your lake gear in the boathouse.

Inside, the home is made for fun and connection: a second kitchen, ping-pong table, games, fast Wi-Fi, and streaming TV await in the downstairs living area — perfect for movie nights or friendly tournaments.

For outdoor fun, we have a portable fire pit available for guests to enjoy — we just ask that you use it away from the house and deck area for safety. There’s also a gas grill and a charcoal Weber on the property, perfect for cooking up great meals with family and friends.

We’ve hosted over 35 five-star stays and have proudly held Superhost status for the past 3 years — a reflection of the care we put into every guest experience.

Our rates are affordable because we believe great family vacations shouldn’t break the bank. Want to bring your own sheets and towels? We’ll gladly refund $100.

Please note: this is a classic lake home, surrounded by trees and nature — and occasionally a curious bug or spider. It’s all part of the authentic lake life charm, and we keep it clean and cozy for you.

Bringing your furry friend? We’re dog-friendly and happy to welcome well-behaved dogs with a $150 pet fee per pup.

Guest Access & House Rules

Guests have full, private access to the entire home — including over 4,200 sq ft with 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a fully equipped main kitchen, second kitchen downstairs, and multiple living spaces. Enjoy the screened-in porch, large deck, ping-pong table, streaming TVs, kayaks, boathouse, and swimming dock — all yours during your stay.

Important Restrictions for Safety and Care:

Absolutely no one is allowed on the boat, jet skis, or paddleboard due to safety concerns and the high cost of these items.

Guests are welcome to use the kayaks, floats, and pool noodles for relaxing and paddling in the cove.

No parties or large events — peaceful, family-friendly home and neighborhood.

No smoking or vaping inside the home.

No diving from the dock — lake depth varies, and safety is our priority.

Dogs only, with prior approval and a $150 pet fee per dog.

Maximum occupancy: 12 guests, up to 14 with permission and surcharges

Minimum age to book: 25.

Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM.
