Blue Sky on Lake Norman is a spacious pet-friendly lake front home on a sprawling lot with pool and a sandy beach. The home features four bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms with space throughout to unwind, relax and play!

With big water views, this newly listed luxury vacation rental has been meticulously curated for relaxation and family fun! With no less than a dozen individual seating and gathering areas in and around this home, you will find plenty of space for your group, or multiple families without ever feeling crowded.

If you want to play, we've definitely got you covered! Enjoy a paddle in one of four kayaks or try out the stand up paddle board, all free for you to enjoy. Shoot a game of pool, play foosball or throw darts in the game room. If you're looking for more activities, there are workout machines, corn hole boards and bicycles at your disposal.

If relaxation is the goal, grab a book and beach chair and head down the beach. Float in the pool or enjoy the hot tub with a beautiful lake view!

Inside, the open dining and living rooms make this space a great place to eat, watch a movie, work on a puzzle or play board games. The second living room on the mail level features a working fireplace, smart tv and cozy sectional couch.

Absolutely wonderful home and amenities. Our immediate and extended family stayed here for a week in July 2025 and will definitely be going back! Time at the pool was beautiful. It was a bit cold but it’s October. It is expected! A beautiful place you will not be disappointed. Lake is gorgeous. We brought the bass boat. It was wonderful to just hop on and take off into the sunset in the evening. We made s’mores by the fire. You can come here and not have to leave. The view is breathtaking. House is so spacious and plenty to do for the whole family. We had a total of 8 and we never felt crowded.

Awesome Spring Break Location!!

We had a great time at this property! The pool, hot tub and lake were fabulous! We had a wide age range of family from 9years to 70 and everyone had a blast! This property had it all. The house was lovely and gave us a very comfy feeling. More than enough room for our 4 family trip. The outdoor space had it all! This is our second summer in a row staying at this dog friendly rental! The house is as great as it looks in the pictures. We ate every meal on the wrap around screened in porch. There are multiple seating areas at the pool, dock and sandy beach, all in the sun or shade. The sunsets from the dock are not to be missed. The property manager Paul quickly answered any questions and is very friendly and easy to deal with. This home is definitely a 10 out of 10!

Fantastic home for vacation and R and R

The house pool, grounds, beach, dock and hot tub were perfect. Lots of different areas on the property for those that like the sun and for those that don't. Everything you need for a vacation and then some was available, I have never been to a VRBO home that offer every amenity imaginable. Very close to shopping any kind and restaurants if desired. This property will hopefully be a repeat in the future.

This lake home has so much going for it. Not the least of which is its location and lot. Located less then 10 minutes off Highway 77, you'll find yourself at the end of a peninsula looking at big water views. The grounds of this property are amazing as well. The lush flat front lawn is ideal for football, soccer or whiffle ball.

The back yard features the kidney shaped in-ground pool and patio. Another long stretch of flat lawn leads to the beach. Next to the back lawn is a beautifully designed natural area with palm trees, grasses, sand stones and a fire pit.

Sandy beaches are a rarity on Lake Norman, but this property has a beauty. With a gentle slope into the water, children and dogs alike can easily wade into the lake for a swim.
