The property was wonderful! Being on the water with a great double deck dock and absolutely stunning sunsets was a fantastic way to spend the long weekend. Jennifer was very easy to communicate with, both before and during our stay.

House and location were fantastic. Great for all ages. Quiet and wildlife abound. Kids caught fish off the dock - and watch for the deer crossing the drive. House has a spot for everyone to retreat for privacy. Snacks provided by host were a nice touch - especially with kids and upon initial arrival. Host was more than communicative and responsive. Highly recommend - especially families.

We had an amazing time at this property. Kitchen is well stocked and owners have thought of it all to be as accommodating as possible! We had a wonderful time on the dock and in the water. The screened porch on the back of the house was great for enjoying the view!

Very nice house

The house had all of the things we 6 fishermen needed for a great stay for the Big Bass Tour. A slight kink in parking our boat trailers was quickly taken care of by the owners. Great time here with great hosts. Highly recommend this place for next visit.

Great House

A group of us came to watch basketball and do some fishing. The house is great. The dock is awesome. Lots of catfish. The game room was a bonus. Highly recommended

Perfect setting

We came to golf and to see the PGA final. The weather was perfect but even if it had not been, the wrap-around porch would have been perfect. One stayed behind and enjoyed kayaking. It’s about 45 minutes from the airport and 15 minutes from many casual food places. But…why go elsewhere. Jennifer, our host, was very kind and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there.

Had nine people, lots of space, plenty to do, dock was fantastic to swim and hang out! Yard was great for corn hole and ping pong was nice bonus! Great location, home and outdoor area was perfect! Def a must on your list!!

Beautiful View & Ample Space

The view at this home is stunning - water view makes it feel like the home is in the water. Plenty of space indoors and outdoors, with a fence (great for the dog!). Nothing is too far away, communication with the host was prompt and courteous and there were no issues with the home at all.

Lake Norman Christmas

Peninsula location provides for fabulous views of Lake Norman. Jennifer, our host, was very responsive and shared so many nice touches including a Christmas tree and gift basket. We truly felt at home over the holidays. House was very well equipped. Two dining areas offered spectacular lake front views for dining and family board games.

Anniversary Celebration

Perfect property to celebrate and relax at the same time! We stayed with our children and grandchildren to celebrate our 40th anniversary. Bedrooms on two floors with two master suites gave us plenty of privacy and the views are spectacular! Everyone loved being in the water and the huge dock area made getting in and out so easy. Suited for all ages with amenities galore. It was a wonderful weekend for all. Just wish we could have stayed longer!

Beautiful Home and Wonderful Host

My friends and I came for a weekend on the lake and despite the bad weather, we had a fantastic time! The house was spotless when we arrived and had everything you need for a stay - from cooking/cleaning supplies to in home entertainment. The host Brenda was easy to connect with and seemed genuinely interested in the quality of our stay. The views are beautiful and the environment was very relaxing. 10/10 would recommend!

Lake life at its best

Great property, great experience. Host was extremely helpful in answering questions about area. House had plenty of space for extended family (9 members between 2 families). Screened in porch was great for morning coffee and evening beverages. Dock was perfect for relaxing, fishing and paddle boards. Cove was small, calm and private for swimming. Will be back!

This lakehouse was an amazing experience for me and my family. The description of this listing was all true. The house was so clean and serene. The views were too good to be true. The neighborhood was great to take a walk in and if it got cold there was so much to do in the house. So many board games, puzzles, cards, and even a ping pong table, air hockey, and even legos for my toddler. The beds were very comfortable and the views in the bedrooms were amazing to wake up to. Everything we needed was there, from pots and pans, cups, silverware, coffee, bakeware, and all the cooking items needed (waffle maker, george foreman, etc. My family would like to come here again. I agreed. Words cannot express the amazing experience we had at this house. It felt like home especially since the owner decorated for Christmas too. Oh and all the stores you may need is a little less than 15 minutes away.

Spacious Lake Norman Rental

Our family loved the location and amenities of this rental! Our hostess thought of everything and it was great knowing the kitchen was well stocked. The gift basket was such a sweet gesture as well. Everyone raved about how comfy each bed was and the cleanliness of the home was much appreciated. This location on the lake is quiet which we loved. Spent many hours down on the dock relaxing with our littles. The driveway was a bit tight with our boat trailers but we managed! Our host was also wonderful with communication throughout our stay. We would definitely re book!
