This high floor one bedroom is comes with a private lanai and a complementary parking. The 32nd-floor unit comes with amazing mountain views and is one block away from the world-famous Waikiki Beach!

Included: Fast free wifi, TV, central AC, full kitchen with appliances, cookware, dishes, and utensils. Great stay for vacation or work from home while enjoy your stay.

NOTE: Parking Update – Effective only until July 31, 2026

Starting August 1, 2026, we will no longer provide included parking. However, on-site paid parking is available for $45/day, payable directly to the building’s parking management. Prices subject to change, kindly check office/FD for updated rates and terms.

We recommend confirming availability upon arrival or contacting the front desk for assistance.

For alternatives, nearby public parking lots are also available.

IMPORTANT: When parking, please be mindful of the `No Backing-in` or `Do not Back in` signs to avoid penalty.

Note: If you have multiple pieces of luggage, I suggest you park on the ground floor loading zone first (located on the right side after you enter the parking structure).

3. Gym: Gym access for guests, the fob is also at the counter. Please hold onto the fob because the replacement cost is $200.

4. Pool/Picnic Area: Open from 9am to 9pm.

5. Mart: There is a convenience store onsite.

The property has 24 hour onsite security is is very safe and welcoming.

*** For the added safety of all our guests and to ensure the security of our property, we might kindly ask you to provide a copy of valid ID for all arriving guests after the reservation has been confirmed. This step helps us to maintain a secure and trusted environment for everyone.

***Please note that upon arrival, ALL guests MUST check in with security prior entering the room. Failure to do this may result in a $1,000 fine per day from the building association.

-Tropical Environment & Preventative Maintenance Disclosure-

As our home is located in a tropical destination, occasional sightings of small insects (such as ants or similar common tropical bugs) can happen from time to time, even in well-maintained spaces. This is a natural part of the island environment.

To minimize this as much as possible, the building conducts regular, property-wide pest control treatments. In addition, our team schedules routine preventative treatments within the unit to maintain a clean and comfortable space for our guests.

Please note that during your stay, there may be scheduled visits by licensed pest control vendors as part of the building’s ongoing maintenance program. These treatments are safe, odorless, and designed to be minimally disruptive.

We truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation should your stay coincide with any scheduled service, as these efforts are in place to ensure a consistently well-maintained environment for all residents and guests.
