BITTE BEACHTEN SIE: Von Montag, 17. Juni 2019 bis Sonntag, 23. Juni 2019, wird die Klimaanlage des Gebäudes während der Installation eines neuen Systems für ungefähr 7-10 Tage ausgeschaltet. Da sich dieses Projekt verzögert oder geändert wird, wird den Gästen eine Entschädigung während des Aufenthalts anstelle des Voraufenthalts gewährt.

Sie werden die fantastische Aussicht auf die Berge bei Tag und die funkelnden Lichter der Stadt in der Nacht in dieser 32. Etage mit 1-Zimmer-Wohnung (564 Quadratmeter plus Zugang zu Lanai vom Schlafzimmer mit Tisch und Stühlen) mit zentraler Klimaanlage und Natursteinboden bewundern .

Absolutely loved our stay! The place was spotless and beautifully maintained. The towels and bedding were premium, and the mattress was super comfy—felt like sleeping on a cloud. The mountain view from the balcony was spectacular! Perfect location, just a 5-minute walk to the heart of Waikiki. The host was super communicative and helpful. Highly recommend!

My stay at this property was less than ideal, especially when an unexpected power outage left me and a group of senior citizens without light or food for hours. I reached out to the property manager, Byron, asking about emergency lanterns in the room to decide whether I should purchase some, but I never received a response—not during the emergency, and not even after my trip had ended. I also emailed the parent company, Captain Cook Resorts, and received no response from them either.In a situation like this, the bare minimum is basic communication and support, which was completely absent. I was forced to go out into the city, which was dealing with a citywide power outage, to find food for the group—an extremely difficult task.While the check-in process was straightforward, and the room itself was okay, the lack of support from both the property manager and the company as a whole made the experience incredibly frustrating. If you need help during your stay, don’t expect timely or helpful responses. The lack of customer care in an emergency is unacceptable.

Nice condo with an excellent view

We really enjoyed our stay at this unit. The unit itself was well furnished, and conveniently located. There was some utility construction going on in the garage and around the perimeter, but it really wasn't an issue at all. If you're considering this unit for your stay, go ahead and book it!

Great spot to stay in Waikiki

We loved the location of this condo. It is just two blocks from the beach and canal. Condo was clean, comfortable and had most of the things you needed. Our only cons were that the ac was imbalanced between the bedroom (super cold) and the living room (comfortable). But, grab an extra blanket for the bedroom or open the windows in the living room and you'll be good. We would have this location on our short list for the next time we are in Waikiki.

Love Hawaii

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: well kept apartment. the only two issues we had was the air con wasn't very effective so we had the doors open. Which made it impossible to sleep with the noise outside and within the building.

In the future please give your property manager an opportunity to remedy any issues while you are still our guest so we can make your stay more enjoyable! The Waikiki Sunset has central air conditioning, which is a building maintenance repair issue, once they were made aware of the problem it was repaired. I will pass your feedback on to the team and hope to see you on your next visit.

Spacious 1 bedroom nice mountain views

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I had a great stay in this unit. Property manager was responsive and got things fixed quickly. Housekeeping left a bit to be desired. Although linens were fresh unit needs more frequent deep cleaning of high touch areas, shower, surfaces, floors, upholstery.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My wife and I spent a very comfortable 9 days in this building. Byron was very helpful from our first meet to our last communication. The apartment had everything we needed down to beach chairs. Located away from the noise and traffic of Waikiki beach but only a 4 block walk to the beach. (less than 4 minutes) Our view overlooked the mountains, golf course and cityscape. We enjoyed the included parking, which is very expensive in Waikiki and the close proximity to grocery, restaurants and many of the outdoor attractions in South Oahu. A nice pool to relax by, reasonably priced laundry on the same floor and even a small market in the building. We enjoyed breakfast in the morning and relaxing in the evening on the small lenai. Everything you needed to make a meal, if desired, in the kitchen.

Great location! Very clean and stocked with just the right get started amenities. Checkin was quick and easy. Communication from time of booking to checkout was stellar.

Reviewer Comments: ワイキキサンセットは過去に何回も利用しています。ウォシュレットと高層階が希望だったし「リノベしたばかり」という謳い文句の3209号室に泊まりましたが、「リノベしたばかり」は納得出来ないくたびれた部屋でした。4日目にシャワーが使えなくなりキャプテンクック担当者に連絡しましたが連絡つかず、結局シャワーは使えずじまい。翌日昼頃ようやく連絡がつき修理をおねがいしましたが完了せず、空いている2910号室のシャワーを使わせてもらうことに。こちらの部屋は「リノベしたばかり」が納得できる部屋でした。3209号室は2度と使わないでし&#x
