BITTE BEACHTEN SIE: Von Montag, 17. Juni 2019 bis Sonntag, 23. Juni 2019, wird die Klimaanlage des Gebäudes während der Installation eines neuen Systems für ungefähr 7-10 Tage ausgeschaltet. Da sich dieses Projekt verzögert oder geändert wird, wird den Gästen eine Entschädigung während des Aufenthalts anstelle des Voraufenthalts gewährt.

Reviewer Comments: ベランダからの景色がとても素晴らしい!お肉などを焼きたい時には6Fのバーベキュースペースで焼いて食べました。気楽に使えて良かったです。4人で備え付けのティッシュやトイレットペーパー、キッチンペーパーが途中足りなくなったので(1日1食自炊)、日本から1個ずつ持参してて助かりました。ロケーションはクヒオ通りからちょっと中に入るけど、The busのバス停も近くて便利で行動しやすかった。ありがとうございます。

The location was a great place for our visit to Oahu. It's only a few blocks to the beach and has an amazing view. The condo was clean and well kept. Beach towels, Cabana, Bodyboard, pans, plates, utensils, etc. were all included with the room. It would be nice to have at least one or two more comfortable seats for lounging. There is a couch and then some dining room chairs in the main room. Our only real concern was the building itself and not the condo. One of the elevators had no walls and the building just looks a little older. The neighborhood next to the building is a bit scary at night. Parking took a little while to get used to. It would've been helpful to have a little more direction on how to get in and out of the parking garage as a pedestrian. Overall, we were very happy with our stay. The property manager responded to calls in a timely manner. We only needed help at the beginning and end of our trip but he was able to help without any issues. Would definitely stay with them again in the future.

The lanai has an amazing view. The unit was small but very comfortable. Perfect for 2. It was much quieter at that end of Waikiki especially on the 36th floor. We appreciated the beach towels and beach chairs!

Awesome stay! Views from inside and lanai are better than advertised! Close to beach and and beach walk area. Elevators can take a little longer at times, but the view from high floor is worth it! Would def stay here again

It's 5 min walk to the beach and walking distance to the restaurants and shops in Waikiki. The room was clean. The shower had good water pressure. Having a washer and dryer on each floor was very convenient. The app for the laundry was easy to use. There are 4 elevators, so we didn't have to wait very long. Staff was very nice and property manager Byron was very helpful. We loved relaxing and eating in the lanai. You can watch surfers catching waves from there. We wish we could stay there longer!

Oahu Condo

This was one of the best experiences I’ve had using VRBO. Everything was exactly as advertised from the check in to the checkout things went smoothly. The views were great and the beach was only two blocks away. Restaurants were a short walk so in the evenings it was easy to get dinner and hang out on the beach for sunset.

As advertised!

Great condo with a beautiful view even better than the photos. Good location an easy walk to the beach. Free parking makes it easy to have a car to drive to other parts of the island. Great communication with property manager. Furnishings and building slightly dated but this did not affect our visit as everything was clean and quite adequate and pros definitely far outweigh this small detriment.

We could walk almost anywhere and it was amazing to have parking included, we were always able to find a spot. The views from the balcony couldn’t get any better and it was amazing to wake up to. The pool area was also nice although only got sun until about 12:00 pm. The property manager was very accommodating and replaced a coffee maker promptly when we asked for it. It’s hard to find a condo like this in Waikiki and would definitely stay here again.

Great location and view!

Very nice place with better than average pool and fitness center. Unfortunately, the building was in the process of being renovated during my stay, so various inconveniences (lack of electricity and swimming pool closure) had to be endured. I'd go back.

The view and location are the main highlights

The view and location and included parking space were the main highlights of this rental, however suffered from being old and outdated. Being right down the street from the beach was perfect for the family. Good amenities too, the pool was very nice for the family. The unit itself was mostly well equipped but was small and smelly and outdated. The sofa bed was broken. Our original property manager showed up at first but then was unable to be reached, Jean stepped -in in replacement and was great, he made us feel heard and promptly dealt with any issues we had. Thanks Jean! Overall a positive experience with your assistance

Have been to Waikiki many times, so knew there would be street noise, even 36 floors up. Unit is beside/behind the elevators, so if you have good hearing and a/c isn't on to drown it out, you may hear the elevators, and also a faint 24/7 humming noise from unknown source. Annoying that the a/c is right beside the couch and is loud when on, even through the vent in the bdrm when trying to sleep. You may also hear people talking while waiting for the elevators and in the hall if using their outside voices, and room doors always slamming shut. Furnishing were adequate, but couch seat cushions are very compressed and could use new foam, plus bedroom blackout curtains are old and let a lot of light in starting around 630am. Like there were 6 bed pillows to choose from. Unit seems well maintained, but like the building, it's showing its age, and time for some fresh paint on the walls and doors. Expect to hear neighborhood roosters and even howler monkeys, elephants and peacocks from the nearby zoo. Liked, and used the free parking and free local & long distance phone calls to Canada, (& US). Overall there were a few minor issues, but they were eventually resolved. But yes, we would consider staying in this condo again, even though we know what to expect.
