BITTE BEACHTEN SIE: Von Montag, 17. Juni 2019 bis Sonntag, 23. Juni 2019, wird die Klimaanlage des Gebäudes während der Installation eines neuen Systems für ungefähr 7-10 Tage ausgeschaltet. Wonderful room and rental. The views are amazing on the 36th floor with a great view of Waikiki, Diamond Head and the shoreline. Communications with the property manager were really good and responsive. We were here during the Mid March destructive Kona Low rain storms, Our windows leaked badly (as did many other units) and we needed someone to carpet clean and pull up the water - this was taken care of same day. We lost power as did a lot of the Waikiki district and the fire alarms in the building kept going off. The apartment was clean, well stocked and had everything we needed. Good amenities like the pool and laundry as well as the pool and parking that were included. Easy location to walk anywhere, or grab the bus.

Mother’s Day trip

The lanai has an amazing view. The unit was small but very comfortable. Perfect for 2. It was much quieter at that end of Waikiki especially on the 36th floor. We appreciated the beach towels and beach chairs!

Awesome stay! Views from inside and lanai are better than advertised! Close to beach and and beach walk area. Elevators can take a little longer at times, but the view from high floor is worth it! Would def stay here again

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was the 2nd time I stayed in this unit, and I loved it. Although there were a couple of problems, which apparently couldn't be fixed during my stay (a burnt light bulb, the freezer not working properly), I still had a wonderful time. The view from the lanai is incredible! Already looking forward to coming back in November (although not to this but a similar unit one floor higher).

Oahu Condo

This was one of the best experiences I’ve had using VRBO. Everything was exactly as advertised from the check in to the checkout things went smoothly. The views were great and the beach was only two blocks away. Restaurants were a short walk so in the evenings it was easy to get dinner and hang out on the beach for sunset.

As advertised!

Great condo with a beautiful view even better than the photos. Good location an easy walk to the beach. Free parking makes it easy to have a car to drive to other parts of the island. Great communication with property manager. Furnishings and building slightly dated but this did not affect our visit as everything was clean and quite adequate and pros definitely far outweigh this small detriment.

Very nice place with better than average pool and fitness center. Unfortunately, the building was in the process of being renovated during my stay, so various inconveniences (lack of electricity and swimming pool closure) had to be endured. I'd go back.

Great location, beautiful view, and excellent service

The best part of this condo is the view. We spent hours on the Lāna’i watching the surf, sunrise, and sunset. Parking was easy and secure. Walking distance to Diamond head, the beach, and great places to eat. The kitchen has everything you need. The condo was super clean and recently updated. Byron was fantastic, answered all our questions, and was always available. We are going back later this year and will stay here again.

Amazing View and Great Location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed this unit, the view was spectacular, both during the day and at night. Love the fact that there is parking. We have stayed at the Waikiki Sunset before and would definitely recommend and stay again. I do prefer the units on the higher floors mainly for the chance of a view.

The location was a great place for our visit to Oahu. It's only a few blocks to the beach and has an amazing view. The condo was clean and well kept. Beach towels, Cabana, Bodyboard, pans, plates, utensils, etc. were all included with the room. It would be nice to have at least one or two more comfortable seats for lounging. There is a couch and then some dining room chairs in the main room. Our only real concern was the building itself and not the condo. One of the elevators had no walls and the building just looks a little older. The neighborhood next to the building is a bit scary at night. Parking took a little while to get used to. It would've been helpful to have a little more direction on how to get in and out of the parking garage as a pedestrian. Overall, we were very happy with our stay. The property manager responded to calls in a timely manner. We only needed help at the beginning and end of our trip but he was able to help without any issues. Would definitely stay with them again in the future.

Reviewer Comments: We don't regret our stay but we realized that our other stay at a Captain Cook 2 blocks further from beach was better.The layout of this unit is very comfortable for 2 people. Bed is very comfortable.Drawbacks are the first come first serve parking and VERY busy elevators. Plan extra time for the elevator travel. Great kitchen but laundry is shared pay unit.
