Aloha! Enjoy this Newly Renovated condo just steps away from World Famous Waikiki Beach in the beautiful Waikiki Banyan. The condo is a true, large one-bedroom, with a Cal King size bed in the bedroom, a queen sofa bed in the living room, and a Full kitchen. The building has a free secured covered parking, sunny pool deck with two hot tubs and fast Wi-Fi.

In addition to the full-size kitchen, you`ll love the amenities like the sunny recreation deck with a pool and two hot tubs, sauna and BBQ grilling area.

Lanai Note: Please note that all units include a lanai (balcony). For everyone’s safety and to maintain the building’s appearance, hanging or draping any items (such as towels, clothes, or beachwear) over the balcony railings is not allowed.

This condo comes with a parking pass that will let you in and out of the secured, covered parking garage. There is also an electronic lock on the door for 24-hour access and you don`t have to worry about losing your keys!

The Waikiki Banyan parking height restriction is 6 feet 2 inches. However, cars that are over 6 feet in height, such as Chevy Suburban, Chevy Tahoe (most large SUV) cannot be parked on the 2nd floor or above. Since the ground floor parking spaces for large cars are very limited, we strongly suggest to rent cars that are 6 feet or under. We cannot be responsible if you have cars that are over 6 feet in height, and all ground floor parking is taken. Thank you very much for your understanding.

One Block Away from the World Famous Waikiki Beach!

-Public transportation is available and located outside the building on Kuhio Avenue.
-This complex is located just 1 block from the best swimming and world famous Waikiki Beach, shops, restaurants, the Honolulu Zoo, Waikiki Aquarium, and Kapiolani Park.

The Waikiki Banyan is one of the larger condominium buildings in Waikiki. There are two towers, one with 37 floors and one with 38 floors (over 800+ condo units total). The building has full-time security and maintenance staff, as well as a hotel management company that manages many units in the building. The building has the look and feel of a hotel, but each unit is individually owned and operated and there are also many full-time residents who live in this building.

We do our best to make sure our guests have an excellent experience, but please be aware that we are a privately managed condo and not part of the hotel operation. We do not have staff on-hand 24 hours and are not always immediately available. But we do live locally and are here to help you enjoy our beautiful island and condo!

If you want to cancel this booking, please note that we follow a strict cancellation policy. Also, we are unable to fulfill requests to shorten trip duration. Nevertheless, we are open and willing to accommodate any additional days or extensions you may require. Thank you for your understanding.
