This 25th floor condo has amazing views of Waikiki, the Ocean, and is only a few short blocks from the beach! This condo comes with a fully equipped kitchen including a refrigerator, stove-range, microwave, rice maker, coffee maker, and all the kitchen supplies you will need to have an at home cooking experience while you are on vacation. This kitchen comes with a large island complete with 4 stools for your dining pleasure. Take advantage of relaxing in this condo's spacious living area that includes a cable tv, a nice sofa, and two ottomans. The lanai has a table with chairs for you to enjoy a warm cup of coffee as you watch the sunrise over the beautiful island of Oahu!


This unit has a great bedroom with a King-Sized bed and an ocean view. The bedroom can be made private with the sliding partition doors or left open for a very spacious room. The bathroom right off the bedroom has plenty of storage, space, and a detachable shower head for your comfort and ease. This bathroom is perfect for relaxing and washing away the day after hitting the beach!


Additional sleepers can be arranged by special request. We provide high quality inflatable beds. Please contact us directly prior to room assignment.

Our wonderful lobby is furnished with benches, couches, and soothing sounds from the tropical waterfall that runs into the gorgeous koi pond. Please enjoy coffee and breakfast at The Banyan Breeze that is also in the lobby for quick and easy access to fuel up for those fun-packed days spent enjoying the island! The Mini Mart is also in the lobby for your snacking convenience. Maximum occupancy or the number listed that a suite sleeps is not always the same as the number of guests that a suite can sleep with our portable beds. Portable (folding) cribs and high-quality inflatable beds are available to you upon advanced request. To accommodate your laundry needs, Koko Resorts provides laundry detergent under the kitchen sink for your stay. It is also possible upon 24 hours' notice that we can schedule a tidy clean maid service, which is only $35 per use.
