At the heart of the home is an exceptionally well-appointed, open-concept kitchen, designed for both casual meals and memorable gatherings. Whether preparing dinner indoors or grilling in the poolside gazebo, the seamless flow between interior and exterior spaces makes entertaining effortless and enjoyable.



The expansive living and dining areas invite everyone to come together—watch a favorite film or the big game on the 65” Smart TV, enjoy board games, or simply unwind with a good book. Three sets of French doors open to a screened lanai, where alfresco dining for eight and inviting lounge seating create the perfect backdrop for relaxed island evenings.



Outdoors, Villa Cariad truly shines. The saltwater swimming pool is framed by two gazebos—one ideal for shaded lounging and the other outfitted with a large barbecue, sit-up bar, refrigerator, ice maker, and double sink. This is a space designed for long afternoons, sunset cocktails, and unforgettable moments.

For those eager to explore the natural beauty of Turks & Caicos, the villa’s private 12’ x 100’ dock offers direct access to the Leeward canals. The on-site “Kayak Shack” includes a poolside restroom and an impressive collection of water toys, including kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, life jackets, and high-end snorkel gear—all included for guest use. Paddle through the peaceful canals or venture farther to the mangroves, Little Water Cay, or Leeward Beach. Additionally, the villa provides beach and pool towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, and four bicycles, ensuring every island adventure is effortless.

Guests of Villa Cariad may also enjoy access to private fishing and snorkeling excursions aboard the owners’ 44’ Viking sportfishing yacht. The experienced Captain and First Mate handle every detail, including cleaning your catch back at the dock.

UTILITIES



The cost of electricity in the Turks & Caicos Islands has always been very expensive. This is further exacerbated by recent global increases in fuel pricing, which have put this cost at an all-time high.



All guests are asked to be mindful of their energy consumption, particularly when using the Air Conditioning (AC). If running the AC, please ensure doors and windows remain closed.



The owner of your vacation rental will cover up to $60.00/day (sixty US Dollars) for electricity consumption. On the last day of this rental, the meter will be read, and any amount over this allowance will be charged to the lessee's card on file at a rate of $0.60 per KWH.
