The villa is situated in the private gated Leeward Community and is in close proximity to Blue Haven Marina and just a short 7-minute drive to the heart of Grace Bay.
The property is close to several beautiful beaches and is equipped with portable beach chairs and umbrellas. Choose from the world-famous beaches on Grace Bay or Long Bay where you will experience the white powdery sands and crystal-clear waters of the Turks & Caicos Islands.

All guests are asked to be mindful of their energy consumption and particularly as it relates to Air Conditioning (AC). If you are running the AC, please ensure doors and windows remain closed.
The owner of your vacation rental will cover up to $60.00/day (sixty US Dollars) for electricity consumption. On the last day of this rental, the meter will be read, and any amount over this allowance will be charged to the lessee's card on file at a rate of $0.60 per KWH.
